‘Things were never really the same after that wedding,’ the source revealed.

‘Lauren wanted to keep her second wedding drama-free, and that meant leaving Tamara off the guest list.’

While Tamara’s over-the-top antics might make for good TV, wedding MC and best friend Nicholas Stankiewicz says there’s more to the story.

‘Tamara’s not a bad person—she’s just extra. She’s glamorous, outspoken, and loves being the centre of attention,’ he told Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday.

‘That doesn’t always translate well in these situations, but deep down, she loves Lauren. They just have a complicated relationship.’

Nicholas revealed that his ‘sassy’ moments as the wedding MC were ruthlessly cut by producers.

‘I had a whole dramatic intro planned but none of it aired. Instead, all the attention went elsewhere,’ he explained.

The attention, it seems, was focused on Tamara, Lauren’s outspoken sister, who wasn’t afraid to share her thoughts about the wedding—and her sister’s new husband, Eliot.

‘Tamara and I were fighting for TV time,’ Nicholas joked, adding that Tamara’s fiery personality made her a reality TV producer’s dream.

Despite the tension, Nicholas praised Lauren’s class and composure throughout the event.

He also defended Tamara, who was criticised for her behaviour at the wedding.

‘Tamara was there to support her sister, even if it didn’t look like it. People forget how emotional weddings can be. And let’s not forget, we have a serious tall poppy syndrome in Australia. It’s so easy to criticise the outspoken, pretty girl.’

Nicholas also touched on Tamara’s reservations about Eliot.
