In July the couple snapped up a $4.6million estate in Guanaba, a semi-rural pocket of the Gold Coast Hinterland.
Villa Casa made headlines in October after Jesinta and Buddy listed the sprawling home for a whopping $10.9 million, but the couple remained tight-lipped about the final sale price.
However, in July, the couple snapped up a $4.6million estate in Guanaba, a semi-rural pocket of the Gold Coast Hinterland.
Set on 3.2 hectares on the banks of the Coomera River, the property, known as Avonleigh Park, was quietly sold before its scheduled July auction, according to The Sunday Telegraph.
The estate attracted huge interest online, with more than 21,000 views, before Kollosche agents Kara Christensen and Bella Sorenson sealed the deal after 15 private inspections and just 20 days on the market.

Aussie actress Rebel Wilson recently sealed the deal to offload an investment property in the harbourside suburb of Balmain.
Sold for an undisclosed sum in September, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Balmain flat had been something of a milestone for the star.Â
Originally scheduled for auction in 2024 for $3.3million, it sat on the market, unloved for a month, until Rebel pulled it off the market.

The Daily Telegraph reported in December that public records revealed that Rebel sold the property for $2.15 million – netting a tidy $270,000 profit.
Later, realestate.com reported that an agent advised Rebel to knock down the price to $2.2million. Instead, the Bachelorette actress rented it out for $1,200 a week.
She then ditched her old agent and enlisted none other than Anna Wilson, the Hollywood star’s younger sister, who successfully mounted a new sales campaign with a listing of $2million.
Tucked away in the heritage-listed Lever Brothers soap factory, Rebel purchased the two-bedroom pad off the plan back in 2018 for $1.8million.

Marshall White Stonnington director Ben Veith, who oversaw the sale, refused to comment on the sale price, but he did reveal the house’s furniture and design pieces created by Rebecca were included in the deal.
‘She wanted to sell it as she created it,’ he said.
Rebecca took a hands-on approach to the renovation and was active in updating her 752,000 Instagram followers on the progress.
She told Domain.com.au after listing the property, ‘I find that when I’m involved, things get done really quickly.
‘I’m cracking the whip the whole time. I’m a good communicator and I work with a team who are good communicators. We put out fires before they happen.’
