Welcome to Plathville star Lydia Plath wed her long-distance fiancé Zachary Wyse at her family’s farm in Georgia on Saturday after a two-month engagement.
‘The Wyse family, Est. 2-22-25,’ the 21-year-old reality star – who boasts 214K Instagram followers – announced on Sunday.
Surprisingly, Lydia and Zac – who will soon move to their marital home in Tallahassee, FL – shared their first kiss at the altar after reading their vows in front of 115 guests.
‘The discipline it has taken to save our first kiss for the wedding day is an example of the commitment we have for each other going into our marriage,’ Wyse explained to People on Sunday.
The bride and groom plan to live their lives by the Bible verse Ephesians 5:25, and they both read Timothy Keller’s 2011 book The Meaning of Marriage before tying the knot.
‘This process is called sanctification where you both carry each other and push each other to choose love even when it’s hard,’ Zac explained.

‘We look forward to learning about what that looks like in our relationship as we grow in our new love together.’
Lydia made her first trip to Colorado, where Wyse lived, in August but they didn’t go Instagram official as a couple until November 21.
‘We both were so excited to see our people come together,’ Zac gushed.
‘For both sides it would be their first time meeting one another, so it’s great to see the union of not only Lydia and I but our closest friends and family as well.’
Wyse moved from Wichita, KS to Longmont, CO after graduating from Tabor College – which prepares ‘people for a life of learning, work, and service for Christ and His kingdom.’
It’s unclear whether Zac will become some sort of church leader but his Instagram bio simply states that he is a ‘believer.’
Plath’s betrothment came three years after her famous parents – Barry Plath and Kim Plath – announced they were divorcing after 24 years of wedded bliss.
The 52-year-old naturopathic doctor has since moved on with private pilot Ken Palmer, whom the 56-year-old transportation planner met during the sixth season but their divorce has not been finalized.
The Christian fundamentalist couple homeschooled Lydia and her eight siblings – Ethan, Hosanna, Micah, Moriah, Isaac, Amber, Cassia, and Mercy – and deprived them of the Internet, cell phones, or sugar.
