Coleen and Wayne Rooney’s son Kit has celebrated his first Holy Communion.
The mum-of-four, 38, gushed over her beloved son’s milestone in a heartfelt Instagram post as she gave her followers plenty of insights into the special day.
‘Wish we were doing this all over again this weekend. Such a special day for Kit’s First Holy Communion. Thank you to everybody involved in making it such a fantastic celebration ❤️,’ Coleen penned.
The first shot of the carousel captured Kit, eight, posing alongside an incredible three-deck cake while surrounded by plenty adornments including stunning balloons composition, everything in a white and silver theme.
He smiled for the camera in a blue co-ord and matching tie, teamed with Nike AirForce in the same colour palette.

The whole family was then captured in a sweet moment inside the church with the doting parents joined by Kai, 14, and Klay, 10. Their youngest son Cass, six, was not pictured.
Snaps from later in the day showed the kids playing around in an outdoor area on inflatable games.
It comes after Coleen recently shared an insight into her weekend away with her family at an idyllic Cotswolds retreat.
The mother-of-four and her brood stayed at The Lakes By Yoo where they enjoyed an action packed weekend and stayed in a luxury lodge.
Coleen posted a look at the modern cladded accommodation, which was situated around a lake, complete with a hot tub looking out at the water.
The family got stuck into all the retreat had to offer, as Coleen shared clips of the family trying out zip-lining and a treetop walk.
Naturally, former professional footballer Wayne got involved in a game of football and was pictured meeting some young fans.
The family split into two teams for a game of football, as they proved they all follow in their father’s sporty footsteps.

Also on the trip, was Coleen’s parents Colette and Tony, who could be seen hanging out with the kids in the stylish lakeside lodge.
The family gathered round as a birthday cake was brought out and the adults enjoyed a mimosa breakfast.
Pyjama-clad Coleen clinked her glass while sitting down to a Full English breakfast, while sat beside her mum Colette.
Coleen also offered a glimpse at the stylish interior of the pad, which was open plan and led into a stunning kitchen/living space.
The glimpse into Coleen and husband Wayne’s weekend away, comes after their son Kai also showed a peak inside their family home.
In doing so, he let Coleen’s big secret slip after unwittingly sharing a snap showing a giant print-out of her Wagatha Christie Vogue cover on the wall.
Coleen sent fans into a frenzy last year when she broke her years-long silence over her £3 million libel case against Rebekah Vardy with a stunning British Vogue shoot.
The WAG donned a cream Dior trench coat for the jaw-dropping cover image in front of Liverpool’s iconic Liver Building but it was Vogue’s cheeky cover title that really sent Wagatha Christie fans wild.
The publication branded her ‘Wife, mother, detective, superstar’ and it would appear Coleen is a fan of the description – as she has it plastered on her wall.

Taking to Instagram on Monday, Kai shared a snap of clothing he had been sent from brand Drama Call – however a huge blown-up version of Coleen’s Vogue cover was visible behind the sofa.
The ‘detective’ branding was adored by fans when her interview was released last August.
In the interview she branded her nemesis, 41, ‘odd’ and said her ‘evil’ texts read in court made her sick.
Rebekah had sued Coleen over an accusation she had leaked details of Coleen’s private life to the press after Coleen had staged an elaborate sting operation to find out who was passing on stories about her to The Sun.
She told Vogue how she came up with a plot to foil the person who had been leaking stories, by planting false stories to her private account and only making them visible to Rebekah’s account but didn’t tell a soul what she was up to, not even a lawyer.
Coleen said: ‘I feel like a lot of people still don’t understand what happened, from beginning to end. But what I said in that post, I still stick by today.’
The WAG revealed that her plan to publicly share the leaker on Instagram in October 2019, was all her own.
She said: ‘In the night I started thinking about what I was going to do. I just wanted these stories to stop.’
But she didn’t do a classic firing up of the Notes app at 3am?
She laughed. ‘No. I like a pen and paper – a pencil and rubber, actually, so I can rub it out. So I started writing what I wanted to say and then the next morning I put it out there. That was the start of something that I would never have expected.’
Coleen said she didn’t tell a soul what she was about to do. ‘No. [The part] my friends and family were most surprised at me [for was] putting the post up.’
She didn’t show it to Wayne or her mum, nor, despite much conjecture, to a lawyer. She woke up, typed it up and put it on the internet. Then she took Kai and one of his friends indoor skydiving.
She felt empowered and relieved she’d kept her plans to go public under wraps, saying: ‘If I want to do sunnin’ – and I know I’ll get talked out of doing sunnin’ – I’ll just go ahead and do it. I didn’t want no one telling me not to do it.’
Coleen admitted that when Rebekah said she was consulting lawyers, she was spooked. Rooney was immediately spooked.

She hadn’t pre-legalled her statement and had assumed relaying what had happened to her was allowed..
She said: ‘You see social media people calling people out in such nasty ways and I was thinking I wasn’t that nasty.’ But her stomach turned.
Adding: ‘I’ve never been in a legal case before so for me it was scary. What a horrible experience. The thing I was dreading the most was actually going to court.’
