Vogue Williams: My Jungle Fear is Losing My Hard-Earned Figure

Vogue Wiliams has revealed she’s worried about ‘losing the ass that took so long to build’ while she is taking part in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The media personality, 40, is known for her love of fitness and worries all her hard work in the gym may fall by the wayside while she’s in the jungle.

Speaking on her Vogue & Amber podcast with her sister, the star said: ‘I’m just considering the free time I’m going to have in there […] I’m going to be having little gym classes I’ve decided.

‘I can’t lose this ass that’s taken so long to build, it’s barely there anyway, I’m just going to keep squatting my way around the jungle. I’m so excited!’

Vogue works out in the gym five days a week and exercises with a personal trainer.

The presenter also discussed her Bushtucker Trial fears, admitting she won’t cope well with anything fish-related.

‘I think I’d rather be chucked in with spiders than if they put me in a bath or something with fish. I just can’t bear fish,’ she said/.

‘I don’t know what it is, I think there must be a phobia around it because you just never know what they’re thinking because they’re not thinking.

‘They’re just going around like lunatics, and they are trying to get away from you, and you are trying to get away from them. I just feel like seals, fish, lobsters and crabs are just not for me.’

Amber replied: ‘But that’s why you just can’t move with these things. Just don’t move! If you move, you will agitate them, even if it is just shaking and stuff. Just [takes a deep breath] and imagine you are somewhere else.’

Vogue said: ‘What if there is a fish going into my pants? Someone last year had a snake go into his pants and he just had to lie there with a snake in his pants. Not that kind of snake Amber, an actual snake!’

Vogue is entering the jungle with Tom Read Wilson on Thursday as the campmates participate in the first of two group Bushtucker Trials.

The presenter and Celebs Go Dating star will stay in a luxury jungle ‘Leader’s Lodge’ when they arrive in camp in the next episode.

The pair are joining later in the show but it turns out it might not be so tough as they first thought.

The Mirror reports that their stay in luxury could ‘inflame’ their fellow campmates which includes Kelly Brook, Ruby Wax and Martin Kemp.

Vogue and Tom will have their own comfy beds, their own dunny and views over the whole camp.

A source told the publication: ‘The treehouse is a psychological experiment. They will be looking down on their subjects… its’s going to inflame.

‘The two of them will arrive with a bang, and will be controlling everything that the camp do. They will control their lives, control what they are doing, and control what chores they do.

‘The campmates will compete to get badges, but they have to impress the chief explorers to do so. It’s going to be brutal.’

Viewers will have to tune in for Thursday’s episode to see the campmates’ reaction to the luxury lodge.
