Victoria Beckham Attended by Son Cruz and Girlfriend Amid Family Feud with Brooklyn

Victoria Beckham’s son Cruz showed he is still supporting his mother amid the family’s bitter feud with eldest child Brooklyn, as he joined her at a glitzy jewellery party on Wednesday.

The designer, 50, hosted the party to celebrate Isabel Rutman’s new collection in London, and was joined by Cruz and his girlfriend Jackie Apostel.

Victoria put on an eye-catching display in a sheer black lace skirt and a satin blazer as she posed for snaps with Cruz, 20, and Jackie, 29.

Jackie opted for a more casual look by posing in a cropped denim jacket and matching flares.

The outing came as Brooklyn, miles across the Atlantic in the US, showed his appreciation for his wife Nicola Peltz in a sweet post, after he was accused of being obsessed with her.

The chef reposted a selfie with his spouse that she had shared on Instagram Stories, along with the caption: ‘Summer love.’

The young couple have rarely been seen without one another since their lavish wedding in 2022. But many are reportedly beginning to question if this is through mutual adoration or because of ‘obsession’ from Brooklyn – and has sparked alarm among his family.

Those who know the aspiring chef and amateur photographer told the Mail he has a tendency to ‘fall head over heels in love’ with women very quickly. But even they were shocked at the speed that it happened with Nicola.

‘Brooklyn has had other girlfriends, some very long term, but we have never seen anything like Nicola before,’ a source close to him told the Mail. ‘This is pure infatuation.

‘They met and just a few months later he moved to the States to be with her. He wanted her to be the one.

‘He is absolutely besotted. They have barely spent a night apart since they have been together. It’s like he can’t imagine life without her – he will literally do anything she wants him to.’

While friends jokingly agreed that Brooklyn is ‘soppy’ with his girlfriends, his infatuation with Nicola has deeply worried his parents.

Sources suggested that Nicola ‘very much enjoys’ Brooklyn’s devotion and that this has been a key factor in the feud with his family – which escalated when the couple snubbed David’s 50th birthday celebrations last month.

‘He will do anything Nicola wants,’ one friend said. ‘And that has very much been a thing in the fallout.’

It comes amid the bitter family feud engulfing the Beckhams, with David and Victoria believed to be concerned about the influence billionaire heiress Nicola, 30, has over their eldest son. 

Earlier this week, Brooklyn offered a telling sign of where his alliances lie by sharing a gushing birthday post about his billionaire father-in-law Nelson Peltz, after snubbing his own dad David’s big day. 

David and Victoria have reportedly become resigned to the fact that they have become estranged from their beloved son after he failed to attend any of the football ace’s 50th birthday celebrations last month. 

He also didn’t wish either his mum Victoria or dad David a happy birthday on social media – an unusual move for the Beckhams, who are known for their loving posts.

This is in stark contrast to a post Brooklyn shared on Tuesday for his father-in-law Nelson.

‘Happy birthday Nelson x We love you,’ Brooklyn wrote on a picture of himself and Nicola with the billionaire Wendy’s board member. 

Cruz himself also recently took a swipe at his brother, after declaring the ‘truth would unfold’ amid the family’s bitter fallout. 

Shortly after posting the pointed lyrics from The Beatles 1969 song, he took to social media once again to upload a video of himself playing the guitar. 

While the post quickly garnered more than 15,000 likes on TikTok, it also attracted a series of comments from trolls – with Cruz quick to hit back. 

One commented: ‘Are you going to stick with this job or going to become a race car driver next or something?’

To which Cruz – seemingly throwing shade at his brother Brooklyn’s many career paths – responded: ‘Wrong brother mate’. 

Over the years, Brooklyn has tried his hand at several different careers from modelling, to photography to becoming a chef and most recently training as a Formula E driver.

Another commented: ‘definitely got his talent from his mam..I’d try football like ya dad’, to which Cruz responded: ‘Julie mate have u seen what u look like, maybe sort it out’.

In a final blow, one follower penned: ‘He has the talent of an average teenage boy that just recently started learning guitar’, to which he shot back: ‘It’s easy to comment on TikTok isn’t it u think I care what you think darling x’

Cruz’s sassy comments came shortly after he took to Instagram to show his support for his parents David and Victoria, who are in the midst of an escalating rift with their eldest, 26, and his actress wife, Nicola.

Rumours of a rift between the eldest son and his parents began when Brooklyn was noticeably silent on his former Spice Girl mother’s birthday last month, a far cry from his usual sweet posts about her.

Neither the former photographer nor his wife wished Victoria a happy 51st, while David, Romeo and Cruz posted gushing messages.

And as well as snubbing dad David’s birthday online, he also was notably absent from all of his 50th birthday celebrations – including a boys’ fishing trip.
