Lance Bass has hilariously recalled how Victoria Beckham once had his dogs sent to jail after they escaped from his home.
The NSYNC star, 44, made the amusing revelation while chatting to Victoria’s former Spice Girls bandmate Geri Horner on his podcast Frosted Tips.
He explained that he once lived next door to fashion designer Victoria, 49, and her former footballer husband David, 48, in Los Angeles.
The singer told how his dogs Dingo and Foster escaped from his garden not long after he moved in because he hadn’t realised there was a hole in the gate.
He recalled that he got a phone call from Beverly Hills jail informing him that his dogs had been found by the Beckhams, and he had to pick them up from the police.
Oh dear! Lance Bass has hilariously recalled how Victoria Beckham once had his dogs Foster and Dingo sent to jail after they escaped from his home
Lance explained: ‘I was at a club and got a call like, “Hi, we have your dogs at Beverly Hills jail”.
‘So I had to leave the club. They’re behind bars, these dogs are behind bars! I was like, ‘Who found them?’ They said, ‘It was Victoria Beckham and David Beckham next door’. I was like ‘oh OK, I didn’t know they were my neighbours’.
‘They went to dog jail,’ he hilariously added.
MailOnline has contacted Victoria’s representatives for comment.
It comes after Lance urged fans to ‘practice forgiveness’ towards his former NSYNC bandmate Justin Timberlake after the publication of Britney Spears’ new memoir.
The boy band star spoke in defense over Justin, who has faced relentless cyberbullying over the past two weeks.
Amid backlash over stories about how Justin treated the Circus hitmaker during their two-year romance, between 1999 to 2001, Lance told TMZ fans need to take it easier on the SexyBack singer for his past indiscretions.
‘Everyone has their own opinion, but I feel the whole world is so full of hate right now that we need to practice a little forgiveness. Britney did, so let’s take a note from her,’ he suggested.

Past love: He declined to speak about whether he has spoken with Justin following the bombshell claims Britney made about him (Britney and Justin are pictured in 2001)
‘Everyone deserves to tell their story. She did, and, you know, I hope the fans can, again, find some forgiveness.’
He declined to speak about whether he has spoken with Justin following the claims Britney made about him, including that he was unfaithful during their relationship and that she had an abortion, at 19, because he ‘didn’t want to be a father’.
When asked if he had read her new book yet, which hit shelves on Tuesday, Lance revealed he was ‘about to’ on the plane as he headed to catch his flight at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
After hearing clips of the memoir’s audiobook, which is voiced by five-time Oscar nominee Michelle Williams, the father-of-two stated it ‘sounds amazing’.
