Vicky Pattison ordered lunch to the Strictly Come Dancing rehearsal studios as she worked up a sweat during another gruelling practice session on Tuesday.
The TV personality, 37, who is starring on the BBC show alongside professional partner Kai Widdrington, was seen collecting her order from a Deliveroo driver.
Vicky ordered a cajun chicken breast salad and a cold pressed juice from Remedy Kitchen.
To power herself through the afternoon, she also made sure to treat herself to a bar of chocolate.
Vicky dressed practically in a black sleeveless top and gym leggings with her hair pulled back into a bun.
Elsewhere, she revealed that she is still vaping despite admitting her shame and said her e-cigarette is a Strictly Come Dancing ‘training essential.’

Speaking on her Get A Grip podcast, Vicky said that despite ‘not being proud of it’ it all ‘unravelled’ due to stress and she needed the relaxation.
She explained: ‘Giving up things is really hard. I can’t remember the specific turning point. Last week… it’s always emotions with me. Like, I know I’m doing that… I’m craving relaxation.
‘In a world where I can’t cultivate it naturally because my schedule’s a bit unrelenting, I’m doing it synthetically. I think I will give it up at some point, I am really trying.
‘I was about five, six days in, but then it all unravelled. So I’m back vaping. I’m not proud of it, but it’s who I am. I am a vapist!’
In an update shared to her Instagram Story, Vicky later shared a photo of some of her essentials, including her vape.
Vicky recently said that she felt like ‘little pudding’ after all the Strictly celebrities and professionals got together for the first time.
‘You’re with the tiny professional female dancers carved by angels – they’re the most beautiful creatures – and you’re standing there like a little pudding in your gym kit.
‘And that’s before you start dancing and realise how inept you are. I was in a state of shock,’ she said.

Two years ago, Vicky revealed she created a vision board on which, amid the pictures of ‘wedding dresses, engagement rings, puppies and houses’ was a picture of ex-Hollyoaks actress and 2017 Strictly star Gemma Atkinson in sequins with Vicky’s head stuck on top.
‘I feel like a proper creep,’ she laughed. ‘But I love a bit of manifestation.’
Vicky claimed that all manner of professional and personal ambitions – from documentary-making and presenting radio shows to dog ownership and husband acquisition – have come to life via her vision board.
This year’s other contestants are Harry Aikines-Aryeetey, aka Gladiator Nitro, actors Alex Kingston, Stefan Dennis, Lewis Cope and Balvinder Sopal, former footballers Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Karen Carney, drag artist La Voix, former rugby player Chris Robshaw, model Ellie Goldstein, who has Down’s syndrome, and TV personalities Thomas Skinner and Ross King.
