Vicky Pattison furiously hits back at a ‘weak’ woman who criticises her for ‘making money from sex and being a drunk’ during ‘misspent youth’ on reality TV

Vicky Pattison took to her Instagram Stories with a furious rant as she hit back at a ‘weak’ woman who criticised her racy reality TV past on Monday.

The star, 38, found fame on MTV’s Geordie Shore in 2011 which saw her arrested for drunken violence and have sex on camera, before going on to become a household name with stints on family friendly shows I’m A Celeb and Strictly Come Dancing. 

Vicky, who in the past has expressed regret for some of her more outrageous 
moments, blasted one follower after they called out her ‘respectable’ husband Ercan Ramadan for tying the knot with a woman who ‘made dosh from having sex and being drunk’.

She penned: ‘A lot of you say I hive myself a hard time on my misspent you – it was a long time ago, it’s time to move on, etc. And whereas I wholeheartedly agree with you as the narrative is old,’

‘Seeing as it was almost 20 years ago no (eeekkk time for more more botox maybe) but I would just like to give [one follower] a special mention for he cute anniversary message’.

Vicky then reposted the comment which read: ‘Ercan! Marrying a woman who made dosh from sex & being drunk making a spectacle of herself on TV, marrying a respectable guy. What has the wold come to?’

Vicky then went on: ‘Sometimes it’s difficult to put your past behind you when women like this dredge it up every so often for some weird power play, putting another women down, trying to dampen her happiness or make her feel small to make yourself feel better is such week sauce babes’.

‘It’s 2025. Do better. But what do I know? I do know it’s giving PICK ME energy and it isn’t cute hun’. 

Before adding: ‘Anyway, not today Satan.. NOT TODAY! I hope you heal hunny! or stand on an upturned plug… your choice’. 

Vicky previously revealed that her mother stopped talking to her after she first slept with then boyfriend Ricci Guarnaccio on the popular MTV show.

In her 2014 memoir Nothing But The Truth, she blamed her the wild antics on the alcohol and her now ex-fiance.

‘I hated having sex on camera so much, the bitching is nasty but I’m actually a bit of a prude when it comes to that side of things. I despised that my parents could potentially see it.’ 

She added: ‘The worst thing about having sex on TV was that my mam stopped speaking to me for ages when she found out.

‘Yes, sometimes my language is appalling. I can be violent but those things mam can overlook. But having sex on TV is very different.’ 

Last week Vicky revealed her husband Ercan surprised her with a dazzling new engagement ring.

She married the hunk, 32, at London’s Marylebone Town Hall in August 2024 before they continued their celebrations a few months later with a big Italian party in Puglia. 

But the Strictly star, who first got engaged in 2022, was left devastated after her stunning emerald cut diamond ring, estimated to have cost around £200,000, was stolen just weeks before her wedding.

The emerald cut diamond ring was inside a bag which was stolen off a train in her native Newcastle.

Four wedding dresses, two weddings and a whole year married later – Vicky has finally got a dazzling, big rock back on her finger. 

She wrote in an Instagram post on Friday: ‘Christmas came early in our house…’

‘It’s been a mad old year and I couldn’t have got through it without my incredible husband and having him by my side through the highs and the lows has made everything just that little bit better! 

‘Tonight, at home, in our pjs with the dogs we had a cute little surprise date night and @ercan_ram gave me the most beautiful new engagement ring and wedding ring.

‘As some of you may know mine got stolen just before our wedding and this gesture has absolutely made my year! And he got it in a new colour way too! It’s so perfect! I love you so much and I would choose you in this life, and the next.’

The former Queen of the I’m A Celeb Jungle has described her Italian wedding as the most ‘special’ and ‘magical’ day of her life.

She was thankful to be stress-free walking down the aisle, which the star thought was unlikely a week before the life changing day.
