Vicky Pattison and her husband Ercan Ramadan are trapped in celibacy because of her rigorous Strictly Come Dancing schedule.
The couple have enforced a temporary sex ban because of how exhausted the former Geordie Shore star, 37, is after doing the BBC show each week.
She told the new issue of Closer magazine: ‘This sex ban thing is so bad. I barely sh*g him anyway!
‘Obviously, I love him, we’ve been together nearly 10 years, and we have a really healthy relationship in every aspect, but it’s just so hard.
‘You’re so exhausted, you’re training for however many hours a day, and I’m still working outside of this. I’m doing podcasting, I’m doing all my social bits, and launching a clothing collection. Things are full on.
‘After a full day in training, you don’t fancy going home to do the mattress Mambo.’

The reality TV star – who married Ercan at Marylebone Town Hall, London, in August 2024, followed by a second wedding bash in Puglia, Italy, the following month – joked that the 32-year-old hunk ‘hasn’t seen her lady bits in months’.
Vicky added: ‘He’s having to be a little bit patient with me at the minute. He must be hoping I don’t make the final!’
The star – who is dancing with Kai Widdrington, 30, on Strictly Come Dancing – says all of the celebrity dancers get on behind-the-scenes.
Vicky said: ‘I’ll be walking around the corridors, and Karen Carney says, ‘You all right?’
‘Then she’ll pull us into our dressing room, I’ll have a little cry. Balvinder [Sopal] is always giving us cuddles, and Chris Robshaw also swoops us up in a big bear hug every time.’
Vicky previously insisted the infamous Strictly curse – referring to celebrities taking part in the show who are already in relationships, but end up striking up a romance with their professional dance partner – will not affect her.
Speaking of Ercan, the former Geordie Shore star said: ‘Have you seen my husband? No offence to the dancers, they’re lovely lads, but he’s gorgeous and wonderful in every way.’
Vicky recently admitted she is ‘terrified’ her imposter syndrome will jeopardise her Strictly Come Dancing journey.
Vicky said: ‘Obviously, I love him, we’ve been together nearly 10 years, and we have a really healthy relationship in every aspect, but it’s just so hard’

The star has spoken in length about how her nerves have been taking over during the BBC dance competition – but it’s not the first time the pressure has proved too much.
Vicky soared to victory on the 15th series of I’m A Celebrity in 2015, however her imposter syndrome reportedly saw her ‘crumble’ after the newfound fame proved too ‘overwhelming’.
The reality star is said to be scared the same thing will happen to her with Strictly.
Speaking to The Sun, a source close to the star said: ‘Vicky has really struggled with this huge imposter syndrome and her confidence for years, since winning the jungle.
‘She came home to such fanfare, she was making a fortune and landing all these massive and amazing new jobs like becoming a Loose Woman – it was huge for little Vicky off Geordie Shore, she just couldn’t believe it.
‘But it was so overwhelming for her she just crumbled, she really struggled behind the scenes because she didn’t believe she was good enough to be there.’
The source went on to add that Vicky is ‘terrified’ she will crumble again with the pressure and spotlight of Strictly.
