One of the biggest additions to the Bellagio Las Vegas is the premier seafood restaurant Carbone Riviera.

The splendidly designed space opened in the fall of 2025 in the former Picasso space. It features waterfront dining so guests can watch the fountains dance to music out front.

Also, The Mayfair Supper Club has debuted a new, highly interactive 'dinner and a show' experience with a refreshed menu and performances.

And the Garden Table at the Conservatory is offering brunch experiences with Lago s new dishes and offerings from the master bartender.

But one of the biggest attractions by far at the Bellagio is the Conservatory itself.

This spring sees the Springtime Symphony: Music in Motion attraction, which is open through June 6.

There are pastel hues, stained glass artistry and music box-inspired design.

Imagined by designer Ed Libby and brought to life by Bellagio’s Horticulture team, the display unfolds like a living storybook, where spinning, twirling and soaring elements bring the garden to life at every turn.

'Spring has a way of turning even the smallest details into something magical,' said Libby.

'We are always looking for new ways to raise the bar and evolve the guest experience, and this display brings more movement and life to the garden than ever before. As guests wander through, every element, from stained glass to carousel horses, feels like it’s part of a story waiting to be told.'

Ocean's 14 is officially in development at Warner Bros with a planned late 2026 filming start date. The original cast, including Clooney, Pitt, Roberts, Matt Damon and Don Cheadle, are returning

The film, likely to be released in 2027 or 2028, will follow the crew in a later-in-life heist

The gardens are one of the first things guests see as they walk into the Bellagio lobby.

The exhibit blends dreamlike creativity with opulence, sweeping visitors into a world where the extraordinary reigns supreme.

Thousand of flowers are on display as guest can walk on winding paths around the arrangements.

Bellagio’s Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is complimentary and open to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

At the heart of the display, the West Bed glows with jewel-toned stained glass and sparkling Fabergé-inspired artistry.

A grand Fabergé egg serves as the showpiece, shimmering as blooms and butterflies appear to rise from within its ornate form.

Nearby, a towering hand-painted and illuminated stained-glass window depicts butterflies, florals and a fairytale castle, while two additional bejeweled eggs in soft pink and purple complement the showpiece.

Just steps away, a flower-crowned gazebo houses The Garden Table, an immersive dining experience where guests can enjoy a spring-inspired menu surrounded by the colors and fragrance of the Conservatory.

The exhibit blends dreamlike creativity

Catrina the ballerina twirls gracefully atop her gilded music box at the center of the North Bed, framed by gentle fountains and a majestic arch of pastel flowers.

Sweeping floral arrangements frame the scene, while a turning golden key and handwritten sheet music reinforce the display's theme of melody and storytelling.

LED screens allow guests to take a deeper journey through the exhibit, filled with lavender fields and natural imagery that illuminate the bed from behind.

A harmonious soundtrack plays as a subtle scent with notes of peach, iris, white currant and sandalwood permeates the air. Guests can take a piece of the display home with Music Box Dancer, a bespoke candle available at the Giardini Store.

In the East Bed, a gleaming gilded birdcage stands prominently at the heart of the garden.

Butterflies and songbirds drift overhead while statuesque daffodils and roses in soft pinks and purples bloom throughout the garden.

A whimsical rosy carousel anchors the South Bed, trimmed in gold and wrapped in trailing roses.

Beneath its canopy, prancing white horses circle continuously while floral pomanders bloom across the ceiling above. A quartet of fountains cascade into a tranquil pond surrounded by colorful blossoms and sculpted floral topiaries, while a fluttering, jeweled hummingbird hovers nearby.

The Bellagio is even more famous for their dancing fountains out front.

Inspired by the beautiful villages of Europe, Bellagio Resort & Casino overlooks a Mediterranean-blue lake in which fountains perform a magnificent aquatic ballet.

It's big too at over eight acres.

Water used in Bellagio’s Conservatory and Botanical Gardens comes from on-site underground wells that use rain and recycled water from the resort, avoiding the use of municipal potable water.

The water in the Conservatory is also recycled throughout the exhibit and reused at the resort.

This method of recycling keeps thousands of pounds of waste out of local landfills and turns it into something that improves the region’s soil, air and water quality.
