Vanessa Hudgens Sparks Rumors of Second Child with Beach Photo

Vanessa Hudgens’ fans are buzzing that she has already given birth to her second baby after she posted a beachside photo of herself on Thanksgiving looking remarkably slim.

The 36-year-old High School Musical alum was certainly radiant in the Instagram snap, which showed her wearing a clingy dress that clung to her curves against a tropical background of palm trees, sand and ocean.

‘How I feel. Very grateful. Very happy. And (not pictured) very tired lol happy Thanksgiving everyone hope everyone had a lovely day in gratitude,’ she wrote in the caption.

But it was the absence of a baby bump that really stumped her followers.

‘Did Vanessa already give birth to baby number 2?’ one fan wanted to know.

‘In her last 2 posts she has said how tried she is – so I’m thinking she has had baby,’ another ventured to say, adding, ‘2 under 2 years would be hard!’

‘Was baby born?’ a third questioned.

A curious observer chimed in, ‘Did Vanessa have her baby already?’

The previous day, Hudgens appeared to drop a clue when she shared a post about ‘mom life.’

‘Hi it’s me. I have no photos of myself recently (mom life) so here’s a selfie lol,’ she wrote alongside a flattering shot of her face and chest, her hair attractively tousled. ‘Hope everyone’s having a beautiful day.’

The last post the actress shared of herself pregnant was on November 10.

Hudgens and her husband, former MLB player Cole Tucker, 29, welcomed their first child, a son, in July 2024. They have not publicly revealed the name.

The couple, who wed in December 2023, have mostly kept their child out of the public eye.

However, Hudgens’ bundle of joy was featured in a campaign for her brand partnership with Cool Brands in May, a little over a year following the birth.

She modeled the Star is Born collection that features baby and children’s products including clothes, toys, bath accessories and furniture.

Then, on July 12, The Princess Switch actress announced she was expecting her second child with a cozy snap of her and her husband. ‘Round two!!!!’

Hudgens spoke to E! News about how she manages her time with one baby in diapers and another one on the way at the Narwal Summer Soiree in West Hollywood on August 21.

‘Balance? I don’t know her,’ Hudgens said. ‘Life is crazy and time is a really precious thing. I am a person of extremes – I’m all in doing one thing or another. So, I guess that’s balance, if you call extremes balance.’

She added that being a mom has been enlightening and she’s learning to ‘slow down and enjoy the moment.’

‘It’s so easy to focus on things in the future,’ Hudgens revealed. ‘Say, “I’ll be happy when,” or, “Things will be easier when.” But that’s not what’s important. What’s important is the moment that is in front of you.’

Still, the Spring Breakers star has to admit motherhood can be ‘exhausting.’

‘Being a mom is literally the most exhausting thing on the entire planet,’ she shared, adding that she’s ‘so grateful’ for Narwal, which makes robot deep-cleaning vacuums and mops.

‘It allows me some time back to myself. So that when I put my little one down, I don’t have to mop the floors. I can actually just enjoy my evening and throw on some Love Island.’
