US singer D4vd’s shows at Spilt Milk have been cancelled after the body of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found in the trunk of a Tesla registered in his name.
Organisers of the Australian festival addressed the decision to remove the musician, 20, from their line-up on Thursday as the murder investigation continues.
‘Last week we removed D4vd from our website and marketing out of respect for the unfolding story,’ they said on Instagram.
‘We can now confirm D4vd will not perform at Spilt Milk and we are working on a replacement booking which we’ll announce as soon as it’s finalised.’
D4vd was quietly removed from the line-up on Monday, with the remaining artists set to perform in Ballarat, Perth, Canberra and the Gold Coast in December.
Headliners will include big names such as Kendrick Lamar and Doechii.

D4vd has also cancelled the remainder of his US tour after his Hollywood Hills home was raided last Thursday as officers probed the death of teenager Hernandez.
The singer’s team decided to cancel his last two shows in San Francisco and Los Angeles, TMZ confirmed on Friday morning.
He also did not attend a planned event at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles on Wednesday, but is still scheduled to perform in Norway on October 1.
D4vd’s music label also cancelled the release of a deluxe version of his album Withered and other promotional events.
It comes as a new picture of the singer and Hernandez, who would now be 15 if she was still alive.
D4vd and the late teenager are seen sitting together in a green booth at a venue, as a picture flash can be seen in a mirror in the background.
D4vd was wearing a black shirt with a white spider graphic on the chest (which he was also wearing when he was pictured with singer Billie Eilish in the fall of 2023).

D4vd became linked to the police investigation into the murder of Hernandez earlier this month after police found her remains in the trunk of an impounded Tesla registered in his name
Police were recently seen leaving his $20,000-a-month Hollywood Hills premises with multiple bags, as well as a computer.
D4vd became linked to the police investigation into the murder of Hernandez earlier this month after police were called to a Los Angeles impound lot.
There were reports of a foul odour coming from a Tesla registered in D4vd’s name, David Anthony Burke, on September 8.
When police arrived at the scene, they opened the front boot of the vehicle and discovered a decomposing body had been stuffed inside a bag.
A week later, medical examiners identified the victim as Hernandez, who vanished from Lake Elsinore, California last April.
D4vd, who was on tour when Hernandez’s body was discovered, has reportedly been ‘cooperating’ with authorities and has not been named as a suspect.
He has also not been charged with any crimes.
