A group of single women are invited to sniff their potential love interests to find out if they can forge connections with the eligible bachelors through pheromones in the latest episode of TLC’s bizarre new dating show Love and Translation.
The series has taken a unique approach to finding romance – after it was quickly revealed in the first episode that none of the singletons could communicate using the same shared language.
The show’s third episode will follow the group as they explore whether smells can secure them a date.
But, unsurprisingly not all of the men give off pleasant odors, with one man brutally singled out for his ‘horrible’ stench in a preview clip shared exclusively with DailyMail.com.

Love and Translation bachelors Dylan, Kahlil and Tripp strip off their tops as they wait for the women to approach
The teaser begins with blindfolded contestant Jhenyfer, 24, as she slowly approaches 30-year-old Tripp.
Not holding back her reaction, the Brazilian native cringes while admitting he did not smell good.
‘Number three is horrible,’ she flinches.
Speaking to presenter Sangita Patel, 45, Jhenyfer then reveals she is most attracted to boy number two, Kahlil.
After digesting the news, 24-year-old Kahlil proudly confesses: ‘I didn’t even shower today!’
Up next is 20-year-old Italian singleton Sara, who has better luck with the men’s body odors.
Speaking in her confessional, she says: ‘For me, the smell of a person, you can understand many things.’
After approaching all three single men, she opts for Dylan, 21, as the bachelor with a scent she’s most attracted to.

Unpacking her decision, she explains: ‘He gave me a lot of good sensations and I felt something special.’
Pheromones are chemicals that animals and humans use to communicate. Our bodies release pheromones through sweat, urine, semen, breast milk, and vaginal fluid.
While animals give off pheromones to attract a mate, it remains contentious as to whether the same can be said for humans.
Earlier this month, Dylan revealed to DailyMail.com that the three bachelor’s resorted to using their remaining senses to communicate – after it became apparent that the women couldn’t speak English.
‘When you can’t use language, then you have to resort to other senses to be able to communicate,’ he said.
Italian native Sara is guided to the topless men so she can give them a sniff herself
The 20-year-old gets up close and personal during the exercise, which is designed for the singletons to get to know each other on a more intimate level
Speaking in her confessional, Sara says: ‘For me, the smell of a person, you can understand many things’
‘So, we used all the other options. Everything else in the tool belt was pulled out.’
Kahlil added: ‘I think touch was the best substitute that we had.
‘You can make someone feel comfortable through touch, like dancing. And it feels natural.’
The Texas native continued: ‘I feel like touching was our most useful form of communication in a way. And I mean, sometimes it would lead to like more kissing and some other extra stuff or something.
‘I think it was one of the most the most useful things that we did.’
