Ulrika Jonsson revealed the majority of the men she’s dated have been ‘decades younger’ than her after going through a ‘drought.’
The TV personality, 57, who has previously been married to Brian Monet, Lance Gerrard-Wright and John Turnbull, lifted the lid on the past five-years of her dating life in a candid admission.
She admitted to finding me her age are ‘a tad dreary’ with ‘too much baggage’ as he explained why she prefers younger men.
Writing for her column in The Sun, Ulrika admitted: ‘The majority of the dates I’ve had over the past five years have had age gaps of decades.
‘I’ve found that the men closer in age to me have turned out to be a tad dreary, set in their ways and carrying more baggage than Heathrow’s Terminal 5. I even became a therapist for some. No thanks, mate.’

She continued: ‘I’ve been going through a veritable drought for the past five years, especially when it has come to suitable, interesting, good men — and I still don’t rate myself as unlucky in love.’
Ulrika’s comments come after Hannah Waddingham revealed what she wants from a man as she opened up about her ‘dry’ dating life.
The actress, 50, candidly confessed that she hasn’t been on a date in years and struggles to even remember what going on is like.
But sharing her advice, Ulrika advised the actress to ‘consider a younger man.’
After her divorce from her third husband Brian Monet in 2019, Ulrika began her first foray into online dating where she said she had forgotten to set an age limit.
In 2022, Ulrika opened up about sleeping with younger men, but denied that she was ‘ageist’.
She told Loose Women that she had been seeing men up to 28 years her junior, with the youngest admirer only 26.
She admitted: ‘Recent ones, I’ve only really had dates, I guess, I’ve not had a relationship with anybody – but the dates have been a little younger, yes. They didn’t know I was Ulrika Jonsson, which was great.’

She added thoughtfully: ‘That’s the dream, to have someone just take you for who you are. I guess the youngest was 26. So yeah 26, 30 ish.’
Of her ideal match, Ulrika said ‘variety is the spice of life’ and said she won’t be changing now she’s in her fifties.
‘If I’m too lively, too crazy for someone, then you’re not my guy. You need to be able to handle someone who is lively and is not prepared to go quietly into older age.
‘I’ve never had a type, so variety has been the spice of life. I guess you could tick boxes and say this is what I’m looking for, or this is what I would like this person to have, but the second you see them come in you more or less know.’
