Teen Mom stars Tyler Baltierra and wife Catelynn Lowell appeared to be battling marriage troubles in an explosive new trailer for Teen Mom: Family Reunion.
Baltierra, 32 — who’s been sharing NSFW selfies on his OnlyFans account — appeared to threaten to divorce Catelynn, 31, if she didn’t meet his ‘needs’ in the Season 3 teaser trailer shared by Page Six on Wednesday.
‘F**k you for making me feel unworthy, ‘ he tells Catelynn as they’re sitting inside of a car while filming the spinoff in Cartagena, Colombia.
‘If I don’t get my needs met, we’re divorced,’ he decisively adds.
The 16 & Pregnant alums began dating in middle school and wed in 2015. They are parents to kids Novalee, 9, Vaeda, 4, and Rya, 2, and placed first daughter Carly, 14, for adoption as teens in their journey on the MTV reality series.

The pair are known as one of the strongest couples who star on the franchise.
The Teen Mom Family Reunion cast also includes Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney, Jade Cline and Sean Austin, Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge, Cheyenne Floyd and Zach Davis, Kayla Sessler and Ryan Leigh, Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall, Briana DeJesus, Leah Messer and Kiaya Elliot.
On the show the couples deal with obstacles in their relationships while being guided by coaches Dr. Mike Dow and Michaiah Dominguez.
They also have time for some downtime, with one scene showing Tyler jumping naked into a pool.
‘We have never, ever had a “Teen Mom: Family Reunion” like this,’ Lowell is heard saying as she narrates the clip. ‘When you bring couples into the mix, it’s bound to turn up the heat,’ she adds.
In another scene, Floyd’s ex, Wharton, 33, exclaims ‘I’ve always wanted a “Teen Mom” orgy!’ before he takes a shot with Tyler.
Teen Mom: Family Reunion Season 3 premieres Wednesday, March 13, at 8 p.m. ET on MTV.
Despite their struggles in the clip the two seem to have overcome any issues since filming, as Catelynn posted a gushing tribute to her husband on Wednesday via Instagram.
She shared a photo and video of the two enjoying a boat ride, writing, ‘Beyond BLESSED to call you mine!!’

The Davis’ were dragged into the social media feud after another follower posted, ‘How do you expect Brandon and Teresa to respond to this? They don’t want to be associated with this nonsense!’
