Brady Ebert, who is a founding member of Award winning band Turnstile, has been arrested on a second-degree murder charge.

According to police records obtained by the Daily Mail, the 33-year-old guitarist was taken into custody on Tuesday, March 31 in Montgomery County, .

In addition to the attempted murder claim, the musician was also charged with one count of assault in relation to an incident on Sunday, March 29.

Ebert - who also recently parted with up-and-coming Baltimore hardcore band The S.E.T. - made his first appearance in court on Wednesday, April 1 and is being held without bail.

The guitarist has worried fans with his social media behavior in recent months and was even kicked out of the new band he recently started.

Ebert was one of the founding members of Baltimore hardcore band Turnstile who formed in 2010 and left the band 12 years later in 2022 just as they were making their ascent into the mainstream.

Back in February The S.E.T. took to Instagram to announce: 'Brady is no longer a member of THE S.E.T.

'We will not stand by his ridiculous comments and behavior toward the members of our band and our community. We will continue to put on for Baltimore hardcore and thank everyone for their support.'
