Trinny Woodall is looking better than ever at 61 as she showed off her incredible abs in form-fitting workout gear on the cover of Women’s Health.
The Trinny London founder said she is focusing on herself and admitted she doesn’t care about finding a partner and has no interest in prioritising dating.
The TV star, best known for her series with Susannah Constantine – What Not To Wear, spoke to the fitness publication about the role dating plays in her life today.
She said: ‘The most important thing in life is feeling good, waking up to people I want to see – not sitting through a three-hour dinner thinking, ‘They’re so f***ing boring.’Â
‘Being with my daughter, travelling, meeting new people, and having dinner with people who fascinate me. I don’t have to f***ing fancy them, I just want people who stimulate my brain and my life.Â
If, along the way, I meet someone, great, but my priority isn’t, ‘I have to date.’ When friends ask, ‘Have you met someone yet?’ I go, ‘No, and I really don’t give a s***. By the way, how’s your boring husband?’

Trinny regularly shares videos of her home workouts on her Instagram page and is incredible shape thanks to her gruelling gym regime.
On why she wants to stay physically strong now and in the future, she said: ‘I want to be able to put my heavy suitcase over my head without somebody helping me.Â
‘I want to protect my bones, so if I fall at 80, I get up again. And I want to be strong now, because if you feel strong, your mind feels strong, and you have that feeling of anything’s possible.’
While Trinny is the epitome of health and fitness now, it hasn’t always been that way as she battled a drug addiction in her twenties.
Reflecting on her ‘second chance’ at life, she said: ‘I felt relieved to be alive. I had six friends die in my first year of recovery. There wasn’t an “I’m on the back foot’ moment – it was simply ‘I have another chance.”
‘It’s difficult looking back. I don’t know if I was judged, but do I care? No. If I hadn’t gone through it, I might not be where I am today. We only learn when we’re challenged. When life is going well, we don’t learn much.’
Trinny has previously spoken about the health benefits she buys into as the reason she looks so good into her 60s – including regular workouts and consistent skincare.
She most recently revealed the secrets behind her noticeably radiant complexion after what she describes as a ‘very stressful’ few months.

Trinny, the powerhouse creator of beauty brand Trinny London, has seen her business skyrocket over the past few years with a rapidly growing following.
Torn between her many commitments, she was starting to really feel – and see – the impact of her hectic schedule.
Until she discovered her unexpected love for daily meditation – something she admits ‘wasn’t for her’ but now describes as ‘profound’.
She told FEMAIL: ‘I lead quite a stressed life and I was realising that stress, medically, is a really sh**ty place to get to for your body. It just is. It will affect you physically and medically.
‘So I thought I would take control before I let stress affect my body in a negative way.
‘I had two people come into my life and I noticed such a profound difference in how they were [after meditating]. One of them I thought had had a facelift, and the other was just so much easier to sit and chat to.’
Inspired, Trinny started getting up half an hour earlier each morning and spends 20 minutes meditating with a mantra. She then finds time for a second 20-minute block in the afternoon – even if it’s in the bathroom at her office.
‘I’ve been doing it for four weeks now and I really feel a shift. When you’re stressed, from an aesthetic perspective, it shows on your face,’ she said.
‘I feel so much calmer now.’Â
