Tori Spelling Seen Downcast After Finalizing Divorce from Dean McDermott

Tori Spelling was spotted for the first time since she finalized her divorce from Dean McDermott.

On Wednesday, the 52-year-old actress appeared solemn as she stepped out with one of her and her ex-husband’s kids to pick up lunch.

She was seen stopping at a sushi restaurant in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles with her eight-year-old son Beau.

This comes after Spelling and her reality star ex finally settled their divorce two years after separating. 

For her outing, Spelling wore a cropped, black knit sweater paired with dark, distressed cargo pants. 

The Beverly Hills, 90210 star wore checkered sneakers and sported a pair of yellow-tinted sunglasses. 

Her long blonde hair had transformed into a shoulder-length, blunt bob. And she appeared calm as she followed her youngest child into the eatery. 

Earlier this week, it was revealed that the pair signed off on the terms of their legal separation in late October, according to documents filed to the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles. 

In the court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, her request for spousal and child support was ‘ordered.’ 

Both Spelling and McDermott both checked off a box that listed their divorce as ‘uncontested.’ 

The pair had also cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind their separation and listed their official split date as June 17, 2023. 

Spelling initially filed for divorce in March 2024 after 18 years of marriage.

At the time, she requested spousal support from her ex as well as sole physical custody of their five children. 

She requested joint legal custody with McDermott’s visitation rights to be determined at a later date.

In addition to Beau, Spelling and McDermott share Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, and Finn, 13.

McDermott also shares adult son Jack, 25, with his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustance.

Recently, Spelling also revealed that her romance with Ryan Cramer — an advertising CEO she started dating after her estrangement from McDermott — is still going strong. 

The pair made their relationship red carpet official in April after rekindling their on-off romance in early 2025. 

The pair were first romantically linked two years ago when they were spotted making out during a romantic dinner date — just months after Spelling’s separation from her ex-husband. 

The insider revealed that even after Spelling and her new beau broke up, they remained in contact ‘here and there’ in the past two years. 

‘She feels it was serendipitous that they reconnected and hit it off again,’ the source told the outlet. 

The insider also said Spelling feels supported by Cramer because he is ‘the least judgmental person.’ 

The source added that the reality star ‘is really happy and feels like her life is moving in a great direction.’ 

Another insider also told the outlet that the couple previously met through work before their romance initially began in 2023.
