Tori Spelling is closing the book on her marriage to Dean McDermott.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 52, informed the judge that she and her estranged husband, 58, have reached a settlement in their divorce, according to new court filings obtained by TMZ.
The pair reportedly signed a written agreement covering the division of property and financial support.
Specific terms of the deal remain under wraps, but the agreement marks the final step in ending their 18-year marriage.
The case now awaits a judge’s signature to make the split official.
Spelling and McDermott share five children — Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 13, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8.

The actress filed for divorce in March 2024, citing irreconcilable differences, after the couple separated the previous summer.
In her petition, Spelling requested spousal support for herself while asking the court to deny any support to McDermott.
She also sought physical custody of their minor children, with joint legal custody between the two parents.
The settlement appears to bring an end to one of Hollywood’s longest-running on-and-off relationships, following years of public ups and downs for the former reality TV couple.
