Kylie Jenner is set to expand her beauty empire with her very own signature perfume called Cosmic.
But despite the scent not hitting shelves until March 7, it’s already been savaged by one of TikTok’s most popular fragrance influencers, Emelia O’Toole – known as ‘Professor Perfume’ on social media.
Unboxing the scent for her 383,000 followers, Emelia first noted how the glass bottle had already leaked the smelly scent everywhere.
‘See how that just spilled everywhere?’ she said to the camera, before retrieving a tissue to wipe down the bottle.

She then said that she wasn’t ‘a huge fan’ of the bottle’s design, comparing it to a ‘potato’.
‘Yeah, I don’t love,’ she added, before praising the ‘affordable’ price point.
Emelia was far from impressed with the actual aroma, which consists of notes like jasmine, amber, vanilla, and peony.
‘If you like me are saying, “oh, another jasmine vanilla [perfume]”… yeah, that’s exactly what this is,’ she said.
‘You’ve smelled this before, you’ll smell it again. This scent profile is nothing new, it’s nothing groundbreaking.’
She continued, ‘To me this is kinda flat, kinda boring. It’s not bad. There’s nothing wrong with it by any means, it’s just very generic.
‘I think if you’re a billionaire, if your brand is worth multi billions of dollars, you have so much potential to make something really fun and innovative.’

The popular influencer also blasted the bottle, comparing the chic design to a ‘potato’
‘It looks so cheap!’ Emelia’s followers flooded her comments section with negative feedback
Emelia wasn’t the only fragrance influencer to review Kylie’s perfume, with beauty guru Caroline Stern calling it ‘really pretty’.
‘I really like it… it is objectively not the most unique scent I’ve ever smelt in my life,’ she said.
‘I think this would be great for a younger girl, like in high school because it’s not overpowering.’
TikTok creator Zahava Ben-Haim aka Makeup2themaxx was far more positive in her review of the celebrity scent.
‘Oh my goodness, this is so beautiful,’ she gushed after inhaling a few sprays of the fragrance.
‘It’s like super floral and very fragrant. This is like definitely going to be a beast fragrance, like it’s going to last you all day,’ she continued.
‘This is like definitely so girly. If you like smelling like sunshine and a flower bed, this is going to be your new favorite fragrance.’

Zahava was forced to deny that her gushing review was ‘paid’ for after being trolled in the comments of her post
Despite her enthusiasm, many of the comments on Zahava’s review were negative.
‘I’m just not believing anybody. They all seem so forced in liking it,’ wrote one suspicious user.
‘How do you know it’s gonna last alll day without testing it out all day…?’ asked another.
One even accused the post of being a ‘paid review’ – which Zahava denied.
‘Bestie, it’s not I would write if it was an AD – I always disclose,’ she responded.
DailyMail.com has contacted Kylie’s management for comment.
It comes after Kylie gave a peek into how she created her Cosmic perfume – which is the reality star’s first scent under her own Kylie Cosmetics brand.
The 23-year-old took to Instagram to unveil a collection of behind-the-scenes snapshots detailing the product’s evolution, featuring glimpses of bottle options, the manufacturing process, and more.
