Francesca Farago and her fiancé Jesse Sullivan looked exhausted but happy as they updated their fans on their first month as parents.
The 31-year-old Too Hot To Handle alumna and the 35-year-old transgender TikTok star shared a short video to TikTok on Wednesday in which they celebrated their fraternal twins — son Locket and daughter Poetry — turning one month old.
But Francesca got sidetracked just as she and Jesse started filming thanks to one of the babies.
‘Oh my gosh, he just peed on me again!’ she shouted in shock while little Locket laid on his back on top of her knees.
Then she admitted to having even worse luck that it at first seemed, as it was the ‘second time this man has peed on me today.’
Despite the frenzied video, Francesco and Jesse both looked put-together and at ease.
Francesca Farago, 31, and her transgender fiancé Jesse Sullivan, 35, looked exhausted but happy as they updated their fans on their first month as parents
She looked lovely in a black off-the-shoulder outfit with long sleeves that swallowed up her hands, and she wore her brunette locks parted down the middle, with thick, lustrous waves swept over one shoulder and twirling strands left to dangle in front to frame her tastefully made-up face.
Jesse complemented her in all black, but he kept things simple with a thin long-sleeve shirt, a padlock chain around his neck and a buzzed hairdo.
Francesca held Locket — who wore a cute red onesie — in her arms as she began to explain how their last month had been, before Jessie interjected that it ‘was wild.’
The reality star was apparently a believer in the controversial ‘pregnancy brain’ concept.
‘My brain still doesn’t work. It hasn’t worked since the pregnancy,’ Francesca admitted, clarifying that her ‘brain belongs to these two little babies.’
Later, she clarified: ‘Being a parent changes your brain chemistry. All I want to do is keep them safe.’
Jesse added that he could see how much Francesca had ‘changed’ just from ‘loving’ her two babies.
‘You can just see the mother love in her eyes when she’s staring at them,’ he said sweetly.
Things got off to a hilarious start when Francesca shouted that her son Locket had ‘peed on [her] again,’ the second time that day. She said her ‘brain still doesn’t work,’ but it’s because she’s only focused on her twins
Jesse said son Locket and daughter Poetry soothe each other when one is ‘fussy.’ Francesca said the two act and look ‘so different,’ but ‘they love sleeping’ and ‘cuddling’ together
And even though Locket and Poetry had only been with them for a month, she was convinced that the two already had personalities and temperaments that are ‘so different.’
However, the twins’ differences didn’t stop them from being securely bonded to each other.
‘They love sleeping together. They love cuddling,’ she shared.
Jesse added that when one of the babies is acting ‘fussy,’ all they had to do is place the other one next to them to soothe their sibling.
Francesca admitted that the ‘newborn phase is really hard, physically, emotionally, mentally,’ but she was still trying to ‘soak up every single second’ of it.
She added that her primary instinct now was to keep her babies ‘safe,’ and she added that she was hoping to move out of Los Angeles now, though she didn’t share what places were more appealing to her and Jesse.
The video concluded with Francesca and Jesse noticing that Poetry had begun to smiling.
They concluded with a kiss, just as Poetry started to cry.
They revealed in November that Francesca had given birth to the twins, who were conceived via IVF after the couple found a sperm donor. Both Francesca and Jesse donated eggs

‘Want to do it again?’ Francesca asked playfully as the crying intensified, and she and Jesse both gave hilariously distressed looks at each other at the prospect of another child so soon after welcoming twins.
The loved-up couple revealed in November that Francesca had given birth to the twins, who were conceived via IVF after the couple found a sperm donor.
The twins are the first children for Francesca, but her fiancé — who identifies as trans non-binary but uses he/him pronouns — previously has a child that he gave birth to when he was a teen himself.
Francesca previously said that little Locket looks just like Jesse’s 15-year-old child Arlo, who is non-binary.
They previously revealed that, though the donor father is known, they don’t know who provided the eggs that were fertilized, as both Francesca and Jesse donated some of their eggs.
