Tony Bellew’s wife Rachael Roberts has revealed their three son Corey, Cobey, and Carter have been voting for their dad ‘to do the Bushtruck Trials’ as she jokes they ‘love to watch him suffer’.
The mother-of-four – who also shares Carson, three, with the former boxer, 41 – commented on her husband’s brave challenge on Saturday night’s episode, which saw him squeeze himself into a mock up reptile in a bid to win meals for camp.
Rachael was among voters who wanted to test the boxer’s survival skills in the jungle as she told The Mirror: ‘We’ve never watched any shows he’s done but we’re watching this. And the trials… I love watching him suffer!’
She added the eldest two kids Corey, 18, and Cobey, 15, have voted him to do trials often – including the drinking trial, leaving his wife surprised for how well he did.
Rachael revealed the sports star is a ‘very fussy eater’ and said he will never be able to joke about her coleslaw again after he drunk ‘blended bull’s penis’.

The doting mother didn’t shy away from admitting the whole family was quite surprised with how great Tony has been copying during his time in the jungle.
She said: ‘Ant plays the macho man, but he’s a big softie. I bet he’s more scared than he looks in the trials. In the snake trial, you could tell he was petrified and I’m sure he’ll get a bit of ribbing for that when he gets out. But he’s not a quitter.
‘Joking aside, we’re all very proud of him.’
Commenting on Tony’s four-minute tale about meeting his wife which aired on Thursday’s episode, where he also showed a tattoo on his chest marking his first kiss with Rachel, she said: ‘I swear that date’s wrong! He insists not so I play along.’
She went on adding that it has been quite some time since then, as the duo faced joys and sorrows before and after building their family as they ‘stuck it out’.
Rachael said she’d be ‘buzzing’ if Tony should win, but there is no way she would get that to his head as she admitted she’s ready to have that crown ‘off him’.
The pair met when they were nine years old – but it took many years of effort from Tony for them to finally get together.
The boxer even got a tattoo of the date Rachael first gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Despite the terrifying Eaten Alive trial, where he faced spiders and rats, Tony managed to win nine out of ten stars
After Marvin asked about how they met, Tony then embarked on a very long-winded monologue, leaving the JLS star and Sam bleary-eyed by the end.
Tony said: ‘First time I met her I was 10/11 years old. Then they moved and I was still friends with the brother and then I was working in a nightclub as a security and she come up to the thing and said, “Anthony”.
‘At this stage everyone just called me ‘Bomber’ or Tony. I looked at her and she went, “Anthony, it’s me, Rachel.”
‘And I thought, “I do not know anyone that looks like you called Rachel.” She said, “It’s Neil’s sister.” My eyes went, “Wow!”
‘Tried to play it cool, gave it about half an hour, bounded straight into that club and found her, said “Can I get you a drink, how are you, what’s going on?”

‘After about an hour I said, “Have you got a boyfriend?” [She said], “No I haven’t.” [I said], ‘Any chance we could go pictures or something? Go for a drink?’ and she just went, ‘No.’
‘I was persistent. Carried on, carried on… she said ‘Listen, you’re just on my case constantly, give me your number and I’ll phone you…’ Anyway, she phoned me and said, ‘What do you want?’ I said, ‘I thought we could just go to the pictures or something.’
‘I got us a taxi, went to the pictures… Got a kiss on the cheek, October 15th 2001 [he shows that date’s tattooed onto him]. And that was it from there. That was the best thing that ever happened to me, 100%.’
