Tony and Rachael are childhood sweethearts and also share sons Corey, 18, Cobey, 15, and Carson, three.
On Monday night, Tony was left fuming after Fred declared he would be doing the latest Bushtucker trial without consideration for the wishes of his other campmates.
Former boxer Tony, 41, appeared irritated by Fred’s eagerness, with the sportsman telling Fred to ‘chill out’.

Rachael, who calls Tony ‘Ant’, revealed the reason behind the budding feud: ‘Ant likes people to be equal.
‘Fred jumped up and said “I’ll do that” and I think he [Tony] just wanted to calm the situation. It’s fair for everyone to have a go at things.”‘
Rachael also described Tony as the ‘laidback one’ in their relationship, while she’s the ‘100 mile-an-hour one’.
Speaking about his time in the jungle she added: ‘Yeah, I’m really surprised and I think he is more than anything.
‘When I watch the evictions, I can see the shock on his face that he’s still getting kept in. He’s 100 per cent surprised me.’
Rachael has touched down in Australia to support Tony alongside their four sons and they have all been voting for him to do the trials.
It comes after I’m A Celeb viewers predicted a falling out between Tony and Fred.
First Dates star Fred, 51, appeared desperate to do the Celebrity Distressing Room Bushtucker Trial.

The public previously voted for who they wanted to take part in the trial but they are now voting for who they want to remain in the camp now eliminations have started.
As a result, the campmates were seen deciding between themselves who should take on the challenge during Monday’s instalment, with Fred instantly jumping up and volunteering before any of the other stars could get a word in.
Tony was left fuming and suggested that it be put to a vote – but Fred said he had already been ‘voted’ to do it.
Marvin said: ‘More than happy to do it, will do my best always.’
This Morning host Josie Gibson, 38, said: ‘Marvin and Fred haven’t done a Trial yet, so it’s basically…’
Sam Thompson then proposed a game of rock, paper, scissors – but Fred was quick to declare that he would be doing the trial – despite Marvin also expressing an interest in going.
Fred said: ‘This camp has all been equal… it’s only fair I go. If you want me to go, just say. Can you vote for me? Thank you. I am delighted.’
In the Bush Telegraph, Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard, 48, said: ‘I don’t think Fred was having anyone else do it today.
‘From his perspective it’s like he’s not done anything. But doing the Trials is your way of really contributing to the group.’
Marvin in the Bush Telegraph said: ‘I was definitely up for doing it, but we just want to eat.’
Fans were quick to note that the situation was unfair, with one saying: ‘Sorry but Fred was really selfish before the trial. Why is he so adamant to do a trial? Is he under the impression that any food he wins – he needs to cook. Tony was right he should have heard what everyone has to say first about doing the trial.’
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV1 & ITVX.

Fred eventually managed to collect seven out of nine stars in the Celebrity Distressing Room trial
