Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan fell short in her bid to obtain a temporary restraining order against musician Ronnie Radke in Los Angeles on Monday, but will have a chance to make her case in less than two weeks.
The spouse of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, 39, called Radke, 42, the lead singer for the band Falling in Reverse ‘unhinged and obsessed’ in court docs filed in Los Angeles Superior Court obtained by Daily Mail.Â
The Vine star – who tied the knot with Lee, 63, in 2019 – was given a hearing date of January 23 to further pursue the issue.
‘It’s encouraging that in response to our filing that the judge indicated that she wants to hear more evidence before issuing Orders,’ Furlan’s lawyer Lou Shapiro told Daily Mail.Â
Shapiro said Furlan ‘looks forward to having her day in court and hopefully getting the protection that she so desperately needs.’
Daily Mail has also reached out to Radke via his attorney, and Falling In Reverse’s official Instagram, for further comment on the story.Â

Furlan told the court that Radke has been menacing her online over the past year, since a ‘secret relationship’ they shared fell apart.
Furlan said in legal docs that she and Radke had exchanged explicit pictures via Snapchat in 2025 during a timeframe when her marriage to Tommy Lee was faltering.
Furlan said in her legal filing that Radke’s claims that she had been communicating with a catfisher were false.
Furlan told the court that Radke’s allegation she had used AI to simulate X-rated content of him were easily proven false ‘due to the explicit nature of the content.’
Furlan told the court in legal docs that Radke had requested she end her marriage to Lee so they could pursue a relationship.
Furlan said in legal docs she and Radke had planned to meet up last May where she used to live, but he stood her up.
Furlan said this started a pattern of actions undertaken by Radke designed to abuse and humiliate her.
One such action, Furlan explained in legal docs, was when Radke used what she described as ‘a hideous body double’ to identify as her in a music video he made.Â

At that point, Furlan said she told her husband Lee everything that had transpired, at which point he reached out to Radke via the Internet.
Radke at this point began claiming all of their communications were the work of a catfish, Furlan told the court.
Furlan said that Radke also incorporated use of phony burner accounts to post nasty comments to her Instagram.
Furlan said when she told the catfish specifically she knew Radke was behind the account, the account replied, ‘Miss you madly’ with a screen grab from a Snapchat discussion they previously had. (Furlan told the court this led her to strongly believe it was Radke behind the account.)
Furlan said Radke last week posted a series of videos to Instagram encouraging his fans to attack her, leading her to seek legal intervention in the matter.Â
Radke said in a previously unsuccessful bid to obtain a restraining order against Furlan, reviewed by Daily Mail, that Furlan had made unwanted contact with him on multiple occasions both online and in person.
Radke told the court that Furlan has falsely claimed that there had been romantic ties between the two, and tried to manipulate others into making false claims about him.
Radke said in court docs filed in Los Angeles Superior Court that his girlfriend Dana Wright was witness to unwanted contact Furlan spurred on in May of 2025.Â

Radke claimed in court docs that the Vine star had showed up in person at his residence.Â
Radke said in the legal filing that Furlan continued to send him unsolicited messages that he did not answer, and subsequently shadowed him when he was going to the doctor’s office.Â
Radke said that Furlan had sat outside of the medical facility and stared at him, prompting for him to request the restraining order.Â
Radke said in legal docs that more recently, Furlan ‘will not stop posting false public claims’ about him, and ‘messaging underage fans to coerce them into lying about me.’
He is asking the court to prohibit Furlan from coming within 100 yards of him.
Radke blasted Furlan in a clip posted to Instagram on Sunday, saying that she was ‘caught in a group chat with my super fans’ spreading falsehoods about him.
Radke added, ‘The s*** you’re saying in there could probably either make you end up in jail or get in a lot of trouble, potentially.
‘This will be the last time I talk about this, because at this point, this is all legal and probably some sort of stalking or harassment at this point, since how long it’s been.’Â

In another clip, Radke said Furlan was just trying to persuade her spouse and the public that she and him had a ‘mutual thing’ romantically, when he didn’t know her. Â
The latest development comes less than a year after Furlan claimed that a person pretending to be Radke had pulled a catfish scam on her, preceding problems she experienced in her marriage with Lee.
Radke at the time told TMZ that he had not been involved with the social media personality in any way, and had reached out to the FBI amid concerns with the situation of an online impersonator causing him problems.
‘I’m actually kind of flabbergasted because there’s multiple other girls that were involved with the same Snapchat, and I just don’t want people getting tricked and duped,’ Radke said.
He added, ‘The FBI is now involved, and it’s a felony, it’s a crime – it’s pretty serious, I guess.’
The two initially met in 2017, got engaged in 2018, and got married on Valentine’s Day of 2019Â
Radke said he was apprised of his involvement in the tangly situation when a ‘very upset’ Tommy Lee reached out to him via direct message.
‘I thought they were pranking me at first and then they were serious,’ Radke said, ‘and I was telling them that it’s not me, and they were very adamant that it was.’
Lee last May said he had never spoken to Furlan, wasn’t attracted to her, and had been a longtime fan of Lee’s work in the music business.
Lee – who was previously married to Pamela Anderson, Elaine Starchuk and Heather Locklear – wed Furlan, a native of Perkasie, Pennsylvania nearly seven years ago.Â
