Tommy Lee’s wife Brittany Furlan accused of harassing Falling in Reverse’s Ronnie Radke

Musician Ronnie Radke on Monday asked a Southern California court to grant him a restraining order against Brittany Furlan, claiming that the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee has repeatedly harassed him via social media.

Radke, 42, the lead singer for the band Falling in Reverse, said in court docs reviewed by Daily Mail that Furlan, 39, has made unwanted contact with him on multiple occasions both online and in person.

Radke told the court that Furlan has falsely claimed that there had been romantic ties between the two, and tried to manipulate others into making false claims about him.

Radke said in court docs filed in Los Angeles Superior Court that his girlfriend Dana Wright was witness to unwanted contact Furlan spurred on in May of 2025.

Radke claimed in court docs that the Vine star – who tied the knot with Lee, 63, in 2019 – had showed up in person at his residence.

Radke said in the legal filing that Furlan continued to send him unsolicited messages that he did not answer, and subsequently shadowed him when he was going to the doctor’s office.

Musician Ronnie Radke, 42, on Monday asked a Los Angeles court to grant him a restraining order against Brittany Furlan, 39, claiming that the wife of Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee, 63, had repeatedly harassed him via social media

Radke said that Furlan had sat outside of the medical facility and stared at him, prompting for him to request the restraining order.

Radke said in legal docs that more recently, Furlan ‘will not stop posting false public claims’ about him, and ‘messaging underage fans to coerce them into lying about me.’

He is asking the court to prohibit Furlan from coming within 100 yards of him.

Furlan’s attorney Lou Shapiro told Daily Mail in a statement, ‘Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her.

‘We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.’

Daily Mail has reached out to reps for Lee, and Radke via Instagram, for further comment on the story.

Radke blasted Furlan in a clip posted to Instagram on Sunday, saying that she was ‘caught in a group chat with my super fans’ spreading falsehoods about him.

Radke added, ‘The s*** you’re saying in there could probably either make you end up in jail or get in a lot of trouble, potentially.

‘This will be the last time I talk about this, because at this point, this is all legal and probably some sort of stalking or harassment at this point, since how long it’s been.’

In another clip, Radke said Furlan was just trying to persuade her spouse and the public that she and him had a ‘mutual thing’ romantically, when he didn’t know her.

The latest development comes less than a year after Furlan claimed that a person pretending to be Radke had pulled a catfish scam on her, preceding problems she experienced in her marriage with Lee.

Radke at the time told TMZ that he had not been involved with the social media personality in any way, and had reached out to the FBI amid concerns with the situation of an online impersonator causing him problems.

‘I’m actually kind of flabbergasted because there’s multiple other girls that were involved with the same Snapchat, and I just don’t want people getting tricked and duped,’ Radke said.

He added, ‘The FBI is now involved, and it’s a felony, it’s a crime – it’s pretty serious, I guess.’

Radke said he was apprised of his involvement in the tangly situation when a ‘very upset’ Tommy Lee reached out to him via direct message.

‘I thought they were pranking me at first and then they were serious,’ Radke said, ‘and I was telling them that it’s not me, and they were very adamant that it was.’

Lee last May said he had never spoken to Furlan, wasn’t attracted to her, and had been a longtime fan of Lee’s work in the music business.

Lee – who was previously married to Pamela Anderson, Elaine Starchuk and Heather Locklear – wed Furlan, a native of Perkasie, Pennsylvania nearly seven years ago.

The two initially met in 2017, got engaged in 2018, and got married on Valentine’s Day of 2019.
