Tommy Lee Jones’s late daughter Victoria pictured in MUGSHOT as as grim new details of her final months emerge

The troubled daughter of Tommy Lee Jones was pictured looking shame-faced in a mugshot months before her death in a San Francisco hotel room.

Victoria Jones, 34, was arrested twice in summer 2025 –  and appeared puffy-faced, with an apparent bruise below one of her eyes in an exclusive booking photo from June obtained by the Daily Mail. 

The former child actress had endured a troubled existence in recent months, with a neighbor in San Francisco’s North Beach neighborhood complaining about her behavior. 

Jones, who was found dead in San Francisco’s Fairmont Hotel in the early hours of New Year’s Day, had her initial brush with the law in April last year.

Officers from Napa Valley Police Department were called out to perform a welfare check on an address in the city, which is famed for its vineyards.

Once there, the situation quickly escalated and Jones was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. 

Less than two months later, in June 2025, Jones found herself back in jail over an incident of domestic violence. 

The incident happened at the Carneros Resort and Spa, just off the Sonoma Highway in Napa.

Jones and her father are pictured together in 2017. She was previously a child actress but did not make the transition to adult stardom 

Rooms at the smart hotel cost a minimum of $500-a-night.

Further details about that incident have not been shared, but separate court filings seen by the Daily Mail on Friday said Jones had also been accused of elder abuse.

Jones pleaded not guilty to all charges and had been due back in court for a settlement hearing later this month. 

Sadly, she passed away before the case could be resolved.

Emergency responders were called to the Fairmont just before 3am local time on January 1 to reports of a suspected overdose.

On arrival, they began lifesaving measures,  but Jones could not be revived and she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Emergency audio revealed that Jones’s death was being treated as a suspected overdose.

No drug paraphernalia was found near her body. A source told the Daily Mail that there was no indication she’d died by suicide or as a result of foul play.

An autopsy be held to determine her cause of death.

Tommy Lee Jones has yet to comment on his daughter’s death. They starred together in Men in Black 2 but Jones did not pursue an acting career as an adult.

Jones’s mother is Tommy Lee’s second wife Kimberlea Cloughley, who he was married to between 1981 and 1996.

Tommy Lee and Kimberlea also have a son, Austin, who is Jone’s older brother.

Tommy Lee has been married to third wife Dawn Laurel-Jones since 2001.

The couple live in Texas.
