Tommy Fury has opened up on the ‘hardest thing’ he’s ever done, as he share a glimpse into his life following his shock split from ex-fiancée Molly-Mae Hague.
The boxer, 25, and the influencer, also 25, ended their engagement last month after dating for five years and welcoming daughter Bambi, 20 months, together.
Speculation over their sudden break-up has run wild, with Tommy later breaking his silence to claim ‘false allegations about me have been horrendous’.
In the wake of the break-up, he has been busy working out to get his body ready to return to training camp and took to his YouTube on Sunday to share a glimpse into his daily life.
Filming himself going on a run, hitting the gym and visiting a cryochamber, Tommy detailed the realities of training camp, calling it the ‘hardest thing that I do’ and admitting it was ‘torture’.

In the wake of the break-up, he has been busy working out to get his body ready to return to training camp and took to his YouTube on Sunday to share a glimpse into his daily life
He told his fans: ‘So when I’m in training camp, obviously, it’s the hardest thing that I do in my life and that I ever have done mentally and physically.
‘You know, the training’s so rigorous you have to literally take naps during the day to get ready for the next session and recover.
‘The mental and physical side of it, it’s torture. You can’t eat what you want to eat, you can’t drink what you want to drink.
‘It’s a long length, it’s like 10 weeks in camp and literally you go to the gym, you come back and lay on the bed, might watch TV or sleep, then you get up again to go and eat and then you go to the gym. And that’s all you do. So it is very tough.’
He later added: ‘All I do is eat, sleep, train, repeat. I literally live in like a box. Apart from spending time with Bambi and my family, it’s like I’m literally so regimented and I feel like in this job that’s what you’ve got to be.’
Tommy went on to video chat with his daughter, affectionately calling her ‘Daddy’s monkey’ and telling her he loved her.
After he ended the call, he addressed the camera: ‘My princess. Priority’.
Molly-Mae has also returned to vlogging in the wake of the split, and told followers that Bambi has been able to ‘sense’ the break-up.

In a recent video, she discussed co-parenting with Tommy, saying: ‘I’ve had quite a positive day today, this weekend was a lot more positive than I thought it was going to be.
‘We went to the soft play this morning and then Tommy picked Bambi up this afternoon, spent the afternoon with her, so things are going well. I’ve not been feeling too bad so I feel like that is a positive.’
The former Love Island star previously admitted that she was lonely and bed bound after the split, and admitted finding the weekend ‘horrendous’ and ‘freaking lonely’ without her ex-fiancé.
Explaining how she had booked herself a spa day, Molly-Mae said: ‘I couldn’t think of anything worse than just sitting at home all day, especially as that’s what I’ve done for so many days now.
‘I’ve just been sort of house bound, bed bound, Zoe’s been coming around to help me a lot with Bambi and also Tommy’s been having Bambi as well.’
She later added: ‘I’m kind of dreading this weekend because I feel like weekends are c**p!
‘When you’re going through a break-up, I feel like weekends are literally the worst because weekends are for me something I really look forward to, especially when you’re in a family because it’s family time and memory making time.
‘You always do nice things and I don’t know, the weekends now are the hardest time because it’s freaking lonely and just sad really.’

She added: ‘I’m not really looking forward to this weekend but I feel like every weekend that passes, it should be getting easier – we hope for that.’
However, last week The Mail revealed that Molly-Mae and Tommy are getting their relationship back on track and could even rekindle their romance.
Sources close to the couple said they are ‘getting on really well’ and Tommy is now a regular visitor to Molly-Mae’s £4million six-bedroom Cheshire mansion where the trio lived as a family until she kicked him out.
One catalyst for their rekindled affection has been Bambi, the star of both Molly-Mae and Tommy’s social media platforms, who they have been co-parenting since they went their separate ways.
A source said they are getting ‘close again’ and spending evening together, with getting back together now ‘very much a reality’.
‘Molly-Mae and Tommy appear to be finding a way through their issues,’ said one friend. ‘Some close to them are even going as far as to say they are heading for a full-on reconciliation.
‘It might come as a surprise to many but, despite what might have gone on, they adore one another.
‘They as good as grew up together, they were barely 20 when they met and they have navigated the whole fame thing together. That bond and those times can never be taken from them.

‘They have had to see one another because of Bambi and that has been a good opportunity for them to have begun the process of getting back together. They’re enjoying quiet time away from the limelight.
‘Things have been so dramatic in the past three or four weeks, they just want some calm to work through their issues.’
As the pair rekindle their romance, Tommy is currently living in ‘£15,000-a-month bachelor pad’ after his shock split from his ex-fiancée.
The boxer is said to be settling into the six-bed home as the ‘first step for his new life’, according to The Sun.
