Blake Putman recalled the deadly car crash that tragically killed both of his parents and wife six months ago in September 2025.

The 37-year-old TV personality, who is known for appearing in the TLC reality series Meet The Putmans, candidly opened up about the accident during an interview with People and shared how he 'remembers the entire thing.'

Putman explained that the family had been driving back to their home in three separate vehicles after cheering on his son Noah, 15, at a football match.

He had been in the driver's seat of one of the cars that held eight people in total, including his mother Barb, father Bill and wife Megan.

The family was just one mile away from the house when a semi-truck drove through a stop sign and hit Putman's car.

'He hit my door, and how God allowed me to be where I am today, I'm not really sure,' he told the outlet.

'I remember the entire thing: I remember the car hitting us. I remember being on the road. I remember a lot of scenes inside the vehicle.'

His parents and Megan were declared dead at the scene, while his son Noah and daughters Lulu, 13, and Alena, 11, also suffered injuries.

'My mom and dad and Megan, they died on the scene. The autopsy said that they were immediately gone. There was no saving them,' he said

Putman suffered broken bones - including in his neck - as well as lacerations while Noah and Gia both had traumatic brain injuries

Gia - the daughter of his brother Brandon - had also been severely injured and airlifted to a hospital for emergency surgery

Brandon - who had been in a separate vehicle at the time of the crash - also reflected on the accident as he offered positive updates on his nephew Noah and daughter Gia.

'The way he's bounced back and is stronger in almost every facet than he was before in a short amount of time is amazing. Gia, the same thing.'

He emphasized how being airlifted to the hospital had saved her life.

'She broke her clavicle and broke her left humerus, which is not very funny - I got to throw a little bit of dad jokes in there - but it's a miracle.'

Brandon added that Gia - who has had 10 brain surgeries and returned home in January from the hospital - is making continuous improvements and said the word 'mom' recently.

'It's like a newborn baby,' he expressed to the outlet, before sharing that she goes to a rehab center daily.

Other family members have also come together to offer their care and support following the deadly crash.

'They take turns reading their Bible to Gia and singing. The compassion and the selflessness is amazing,' Brandon added.
