Tim Robards, 42, and Anna Heinrich, 38, are set to offload their glamorous luxury beachfront apartment on Queensland’s Gold Coast just four months after moving in.
The pair, who rose to fame on The Bachelor in 2013, snapped up the three-bedroom, three-bathroom property in 2021 for a cool $2.5million.
Located inside the exclusive Mondrian complex at Burleigh Heads, the stylish, ultra-modern home comes with VIP amenities, including a gym, spa, and valet service.
No price guide has been included in the listing, but reports indicate that the pair are seeking to land a fat profit when the property goes to auction next week.
According to The Courier Mail, sales agents have already knocked back an offer for the beautiful home that was in the ‘low $3millions’ after one high-rise pad in the Mondrian resold for a whopping $7.1million.
The agent behind Tim and Anna’s listing told the publication that the couple, who share two children under five, are moving back to Sydney.

The pair made the move to the Burleigh Beach digs in June, but now want to spend more time with Anna’s family.
Situated on the fourth level of the stunning block, the open-plan apartment in the Mondrian spans 183 square metres and features a covered patio overlooking the block’s exclusive pool and ‘party deck’.
Highlights include an expansive dining and living space overlooking beautiful Burleigh Beach.
There’s also a butler’s pantry and main bedroom with a lavish en suite and walk-in wardrobe.
Amenities available to all residents include room service, housekeeping, and a chauffeur, which can be used for ‘airport drop-offs’.
The Mondrian also boasts a ‘yoga garden’ and steam room.Â
It comes after Anna and Tim announced to the Daily Mail exclusively in June that they were leaving behind their $6million Sydney mansion to move to the Gold Coast
The couple share daughters Elle, four, and Ruby, one, and met and fell in love on The Bachelor back in 2013, tied the knot in 2018 and had called Sydney their home up until their interstate move.

‘We’re heading up to the Gold Coast. We brought a property up there called the Mondrian. They’ve got different hotels around the world,’ Anna said at the time.
‘We bought a property there around four years ago and it’s only just settling now. So we’re actually going to be moving up there.’
‘We wanted a bit of a change. We don’t know how long we’ll be there. We’re still going to keep our place here [in Sydney].
‘So we will be back and forth a lot for work. We just thought it would be really nice to get away from Sydney winter for a little bit.
‘My business partner lives up there, too. I’ve never lived overseas. We’ve never done anything like this as a family, or even individually.’
