Rachel Uchitel has unveiled her new derriere just days after walking down the aisle with her third husband.
The 50-year-old, who shot to infamy as Tiger Woods’ original mistress back in 2009, revealed that she underwent sculpting injections in her buttocks a week before her wedding to Palm Beach-based CEO Dan Donovan.
She shared photos of her new behind in a teal G-string bikini to Instagram on Tuesday, along with a lengthy caption about her decision to go under the needle.
Uchitel originally wanted a full Brazilian butt lift, but was told by ‘the best surgeons in the country’ that she didn’t have enough fat on her body for the procedure.
‘What I wanted was a skinny BBL — nothing overdone, nothing dramatic. Just a little more lift and shape so I looked fit and athletic,’ she explained.

‘Leading up to my wedding, I was in the gym at least four times a week, and no matter what I did, that lift just wasn’t happening,’ Uchitel continued.
The podcast host then started researching injectable sculpting options, also known as non-surgical BBLs, until she landed on celebrity surgeon Dr. Robert Dorfman.
‘Literally a week before my wedding, I flew to New York, walked into his gorgeous office, and in less than 30 minutes I had a new butt,’ she gushed.
‘No incisions. No downtime. Painless. It feels completely real, and it lasts about three years.’
Uchitel said that the procedure was ‘worth every penny’, before making a cheeky reference to her new husband.
‘My butt hasn’t looked this good since I was 21— and I’m 50! And I can attest, as can my husband, this butt feels completely real,’ she wrote.
The post received a huge response from Uchitel’s celebrity pals, including former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, who called the results ‘perfect’.
Dr. Dorfman also weighed in, writing, ‘I’m thrilled with your results and loving how happy you are. Thank you for trusting me so close to your wedding too!’

The former mistress flaunted her new physique by doing a series of handstands and poses
Uchitel’s big reveal comes just days after she and her security CEO husband tied the knot in a lavish three-day ceremony in Florida’s Palm Beach on New Year’s Eve.
The blushing bride was draped in $1million worth of diamonds and jewelry from Nini Jewels and the Watch King Moshe Haimoff as she said ‘I do’ in front of 130 guests.Â
The guest list featured a number of Uchitel’s famous friends, including former Real Housewives stars Jill Zarin and Kelly Dodd, comedian Heather McDonald, radio personality Paige Davis, and MTV star Bam Margera.
To pull off the lavish nuptials, Uchitel worked with luxury wedding planner Danielle Elder from Classic Events NYC, as well as renowned event designer Lewis Miller.Â
Uchitel had previously fired two other wedding planners in the lead up to the big day after feeling like their work wasn’t up to par with her lofty expectations.Â
For the ceremony, she donned an ‘amazing’ gown from bridal designer Oksana Mukha.
She walked down the aisle to the Kina Grannis version of the Elvis Presley classic ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’, which was memorably featured in Crazy Rich Asians.Â

Overall, the couple’s wedding was a three-day affair that culminated on New Year’s Eve.
Before the final ceremony, guests enjoyed a welcome party at the luxury 5-star hotel The Breakers in Palm Beach, followed by an excursion on Donovan’s 48-foot yacht.
Donovan popped the question with a 10.5 carat diamond engagement ring, which Uchitel’s 12-year-old daughter Wyatt helped him pick out, at the Rosewood Miramar in Santa Barbara in March.
‘I love the ring so much. I sleep with it and I never take it off. I just love it,’ she gushed.
After having her rollercoaster love life plastered over the media for years, Uchitel said that she’s finally found her ‘happily ever after’ with her business mogul fiance.
‘I feel so lucky. He’s a wonderful man. He’s not only wonderful and kind, but he’s also successful,’ she shared.
‘He’s an alpha male without being a narcissist, without being an a**hole. He just has so many wonderful qualities,’ she continued.
‘He’s a CEO and founder of four different companies. Even though I’m an alpha female, nothing feels better than having an alpha male take care of you.’Â
The 50-year-old, who shot to infamy as Tiger Woods’ original mistress back in 2009, is now a professional podcaster
Uchitel was previously engaged to James Andrew O’Grady, who tragically died during the September 11 terrorist attacks.
Before that engagement, she was married to Wall Street trader Steven Ehrenkranz for four months in 2004.
Her second marriage was with former football player Hahn and it lasted three years. The couple divorced in 2014 and they are now co-parenting their daughter, Wyatt Lily, amicably.
She notoriously had an affair with Woods in 2009 and actor David Boreanaz in 2010.
After her affair with Woods was exposed, the professional golfer admitted to cheating on his wife with more than 120 different women.
