Celebrity fitness trainer Tiffiny Hall has shared an inspiring message to fellow mothers about embracing their postpartum body.
The mother-of-two, who recently shed 40kgs, took to Instagram on Monday with a photo of herself looking trim and terrific in a black-and-red bikini.
In her caption, the former Biggest Loser trainer, 39, drew viewers’ attention to a section of loose skin on her stomach, and described how she was overcoming her insecurities by accepting her physique for what it is.
‘I’m so proud of my body and what it’s done for me over the years but I’ve been so self-conscious of my loose skin at the beach,’ the influencer began.
‘I know it’s silly but these feelings have come up and I wanted to share.’

Tiffiny said she is determined not to let her loose skin worry her, adding: ‘2 babies and 40 kgs down, my loose skin is my battle scar I’m determined to embrace.’
‘Loose skin is a part of life and it’s one of those things when you really think about it, you wonder whyyyy do I even care at all?!’
She went on to promote her online fitness program, before asking her followers whether they will be following her lead by embracing their loose skin in 2024.
