The Traitors star Leon Jackman has revealed finding fame on the hit programme hasn’t changed his lifestyle and he still happily sells mobile phones for a living.
Leon, 40, starred on season three of the show, which finished on Friday, and became a fan favourite as a Faithful before he was banished.
While Leon missed out on the £94,600 prize money, his fellow Faithfuls Leanne Quigley and Jake Brown secured the win in an explosive final.
In a brutal episode remaining Traitor Charlotte Berman was banished, however Francesca Rowan-Plowden and Alexander Dragonetti were also eliminated after Jake and Leanne suspected they could too be villains.
Yet despite finding overnight fame on the BBC’s most-watched reality TV show, Leon has remained grounded, yet confessed he has brought a lot of attention to his store.
He told the BBC that people have been coming in and requesting selfies and video messages, yet insisted: ‘I’m still just a humble guy who normally sells mobile phones.’

Leon added that some customers had been surprised to be served by him, saying: ‘The weirdest one was when someone said ‘you came across really well, amazing, but why are you still here?’
‘I always said to my boss when I got on to the show… ‘I am coming back to sell phones’.
He went on: ‘All I know is to make sure I have money to pay my mortgage and my family is fine.
‘If an opportunity comes, that’s a different scenario altogether, but I didn’t come on to this gameshow thinking it would make me a superstar, but it’s so nice for people to come and tell me that I am.’
Before he appeared on the show, Leon was asked how he would spend the prize fund if he won, and confessed: ‘First I’ll have to check with the boss – my wife – and see what’s going on.
‘If I win, that’s great, because obviously there are bills to pay and the cost of living has gone up.
‘I’d like to sort my garden shed out; we need a new shed! And there are little things around the house that I would like to get sorted out.’
He insisted that the money wouldn’t change him, however, as he added: ‘I’m never thinking we’re going to go and jet off around the world and I’ll just quit my job!
‘My main thing Is always family, so I’d also want to give my mum some money for all the sacrifices she made when I was growing up.’

The Traitors fans were left ‘gutted’ last week when Leon was banished after being wrongly accused by his fellow Faithfuls.
Suspicion fell on the retail worker after he survived the dreaded death match earlier in the week and failed to prove to his innocence.
Taking to X viewers branded the remaining contestants ‘dumb’ after they booted yet another of their own, while Minah and Charlotte went undetected as Traitors.
