She was the first Traitor to be toppled after the Faithfuls ousted four of their own.
And now, Armani Gouveia has confessed her time on The Traitors was blown by her own loud mouth.
The hit BBC show returned to screens on Friday evening with another episode and viewers witnessed the banishment of Traitor Armani, who entered the castle alongside her younger sister Maia.
While exiting the show, the 27-year-old financial investigator from London admitted she brought her own downfall by simply being too loud.
She confessed: ‘I had a strategy, but it went completely out the window within the first couple of seconds.’
‘My original strategy was that I was not going to be too loud, have a few conversations with different people and not make my opinions too known. My nature just got the better of me and I ended up yapping away to everybody.’

She added: ‘I think I was so excited just to be there, my mouth wouldn’t stop running, which was probably my biggest downfall.’
Despite feeling that she could have played things differently, Armani said she enjoyed the whole experience.
She said: ‘The number one standout was that I was there with my sister! Also “the witch hunt” – as I call it – the Round Table that got me out, was incredible.’
Showing good humour about her short stint on the series, the failed Traitor added: ‘That was a super move by everybody because they came out of nowhere.’
‘My little sister didn’t even back me up! I can’t complain, I would have done the exact same thing.’
Armani, who is engaged to her French boyfriend, said she’d underestimated how it would feel to be selected for the programme.
She admitted: ‘I thought it was going to be intense, but I don’t think I realised just how intense.’
But she has no regrets about appearing on the show as a Traitor: ‘The moment I got picked I was ready to get on with the game.’

‘Being a Traitor just seemed more fun because you have control – I was excited, I was thinking “let the games begin”.’
Reflecting more on her exciting experience, Armani added: ‘I thought the whole experience was incredible. I was so sure of myself when I was going in there – maybe too sure!’
‘I think, because I wasn’t a Faithful, I didn’t have the constant nagging in the back of my mind and anxiety about who I could trust.’
‘As I left, I couldn’t help but think it was great, it was a fun time and I really liked everyone.’
During her short stint on the show, Armani created shockwaves for both fellow players and viewers with her theories about who might be a Traitor.
Analysing what she might have done differently, she reasoned: ‘The thing that I learnt from this was that killing people off was easy, it was a part of the game.’
‘I think the problem was that in the back of my mind, I kept feeling bad for people that were getting accused of being Traitors, so I kept voting for people that nobody was voting for.’

She added: ‘As a Traitor you need to be throwing people under the bus, it just didn’t come to me naturally. It was the deceitful side that I struggled with.’
When asked if she and Maia should have hidden their family tie, the star said there was a part of her that wondered if they would have been able to get away with it.
She admitted: ‘There is a part of me that wonders if me and Maia would have been able to get away with pretending to not be sisters.’
‘I’m not sure, but it really did put a target on our back immediately. I probably would have slipped up at some point if we had tried to pretend though.’
