There has been plenty of debate over who should replace Holly Willoughby on the This Morning sofa after she announced her shock resignation.
Several names have been thrown into the mix but now Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham has emerged as a surprise frontrunner.
The 49-year-old blonde bombshell is fast becoming a national treasure, earning a legion of fans with her work co-hosting Eurovision this year as well as starring in the likes of Ted Lasso, Sex Education and Benidorm.
Now she has entered the market to become This Morning’s next permanent presenter, with odds of 4/1.
William Hill has placed her third in the running behind Alison Hammond at 6/5 and Jeremy Vine’s Storm Huntley at 2/1.
