The Great British Bake Off finalists were revealed on Tuesday night’s episode as Patisserie Week pushed the contestants to their limits.
The semi-final saw Toby, Aaron, Tom and Jasmine battle it out for a place in the final round as temperatures soared in the famous tent.
Unfortunately Toby was sent packing after failing to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith as much as the others, while Jasmine was named Star Baker.
After his exit a tearful Toby said: ‘I made it a tough decision for them they said so that is good. The best thing about this tent is the other people.’
Prue and Paul said it was the toughest decision they had to make all series so far when they picked Toby to go.
Patisserie week saw the semi-finalists make cream horns, glass domes and showstopping macarons but only three made it through.

The Great British Bake Off’s Toby Littlewood broke down in tears as he was eliminated in the tense semi final on Tuesday night

Tom, Jasmine and Aaron have now made the last three and will battle it out at next week’s tense final
The Technical challenge saw them take on a tricky framboisier cake where Jasmine come out on top with the most impressive version.
For the Showstopper they had to make a macaron tower with at least 30 macarons. The structure had to represent something meaningful to them.
Aaron was struggling after one batch went wrong and he had to quickly redo everything for his sloth-themed creation.
Viewers will have to tune in to next week’s final to see who will come out on top and win the whole competition.
A teaser at the end of the semi final teased some drama in the tent.
It comes after last week Iain Ross narrowly missed out on a place in the semifinals as he was eliminated.
The remaining amateur bakers battled it out in the tent for Dessert Week.
Unfortunately for Iain, aka ‘Yeastie Boy’, he became the one to leave the show.

‘We have had the best group of Bakers. We have made really really good friends, and we always have a laugh. It’s just been fantastic.
‘I had accepted when Noel walked into the tent that it was going to be me going home, so I was just waiting for him to say it.
‘I felt like it was my time and I was just grateful to have gotten as far as I did.
‘The other bakers were absolute gems and we were all so close, I wasn’t even really sad when it happened so we all were able to have a laugh about me getting out of doing Patisserie week!
‘We have a wee group chat where everyone writes lovely messages whenever someone leaves.

Finally, for the Showstopper the bakers were faced with creating a highly elaborate free-standing trifle.
