Tess Daly exuded glamour in an electric blue co-ord as she posed for a slew of Instagram snap ahead of Strictly’s second episode.

The TV favourite, 54, showed off her impeccable sense of style in the electric blue outfit, which featured a chenille blazer and wide leg trousers.

She donned a matching shirt underneath, and rocked a pair of sparkling silver strappy heels with rhinestone embellishments.

The former model flaunted her gorgeous features with an eye-catching dazzling gold and blue smokey eyes.

She added a glossy nude lipstick, and accessorised with maxi hoop gold earrings.

The BBC sensation wore her platinum locks loose straight, as she oozed confidence while striking a few poses for her Instagram snaps.

Wishing luck to the dancing contestants on their second week, she captioned: ‘Sending lots of luck to our couples in week 2, dancing for the first time to stay in the competition! ��@bbcstrictly.’

Earlier last week, Tess and her co-host Claudia Winkleman took to the ballroom in black and white coordinated outfits.

The pair kept it classy as they ditched the glamorous dresses for more androgynous looks while taking to the stage during the BBC show.

Tess accentuated her height with a pair of black PVC trousers which she paired with an open collared white shirt.

She completed the outfit by wrapping a loose black tie around her neck as her blonde waves were tousled over her shoulders.

Meanwhile Claudia donned a black sheer shirt with white collar and cuff detailing as she peered out from beneath her signature dark fringe.

Beneath her shirt, the 51-year-old flashed a black lace camisole top while also adding a pop of colour with some red lipstick.

Just hours before the live show, Angela Scanlon’s Strictly Come Dancing partner Carlos Gu was left with a bloody face.

The Irish star, 39, took to her Instagram as she shared a slew of snaps from her gruelling training week.

The last picture of her carousel captured a bloody-faced Carlos, 39, as he mopped up the injury from his nose.

The professional dancer appeared in the middle of a dancing session when the incident happened.

Earlier in the day, Carlos posted the same snap on his Instagram stories and wrote: ‘Had a little bit of a situation today, but all good.’

A clue of how he might have get the bloody injury could be in Angela’s statement, which accompanied her latest post – as she hints to have accidentally head-butted her teacher and dancing partner.

‘Another week with this glorious mad egg. Tonight we JIVE. Sweet mother it is intense & relentless but I love it & can’t wait for you to see.’

She continued: ‘I’ve never sweated so much in my life… thank you for teaching me about the chicken hand, demonstrating the kicks over & over again & graciously taking an accidental head butt (one a week).
