Teresa Palmer never holds back when it comes to sharing the realities of motherhood.
And on Monday, the Australian actress, 38, posted a candid image from her family life to Instagram.
In it, she was cuddled up in bed with her four children while trying to get a good night’s sleep.
‘Sleep well they said. (Bodhi’s foot in face). Poet to the right of Prairie,’ she wrote in her caption.

Late last year, the actress was celebrating ten years of marriage and posted to Instagram to share a loving tribute to the man she calls her ‘soulmate’.
The Hacksaw Ridge beauty included a gallery of images and a touching message in the post.
’10 years of marriage. The magic. The dreams. The babies. The places. The adventure. The creations. The connection. The growth. The goals. The life force,’ the Australian actress wrote.
‘I love you, I love you, I love you. Anything is possible with you,’ she added.

Teresa is also a dedicated stepmother to Mark’s 15-year-old son Isaac Love, whom he shares with his ex, SMILF actress Frankie Shaw.
The couple wed in 2013, while Teresa was still pregnant with their first child.
Mark, 43, also an actor, has appeared in the film Scott Pilgrim vs The World and co-starred in the animated Netflix spin-off Scott Pilgrim Takes Off.
Meanwhile, on the eve of their ninth wedding anniversary last year, Teresa said she was aiming to add more children to her brood.

The Hollywood star says she wants at least three more kids and is hoping she falls pregnant with twins.
‘Twins run in the family. I might get two for one next time,’ she said in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
Teresa said she told Mark on their first date she wanted six kids.
‘He said he also wanted six,’ she added. ‘So I am holding him to that number.’
Teresa said the pressures of raising five kids has meant juggling the demands of a career.
‘I don’t think I’ve slept properly in about eight years,’ she joked.
