Scott Cam and Shelley Craft have laid down the law after accusations of cheating on The Block.
On this week’s midweek walk-around, the two hosts took the opportunity to dress down one team for their unsportsmanlike behaviour.
In the previous episode, the Blockheads assembled for an art challenge off-site, except for Grant, whose wife Courtney explained had stayed back to finish plastering walls.
The revelation that Grant stayed at the build set Scott Cam off, as he asked, ‘Who’s running this show?’
On Wednesday night’s episode, Scott and Shelley confronted the couple face-to-face.
‘That is not allowed to happen ever again,’ Scott warned.
‘It’s your obligation to come to the challenge – number one, because I said so, and number two, because it’s unfair to the other teams.’
‘You’re here working on your bedroom, [in the hopes of] winning $10,000, while they’ve left their bedroom back at the challenge. So, that is almost tantamount to cheating,’ The Block host continued.

However, Grant snapped back that he would not have been able to finish their room’s plastering if he had gone to the challenge.
Shelley did not like the Blockhead’s response, and attempted to appeal to his sense of fairness.
‘But everyone else is in the same boat, Grant,’ she said.

They had to leave site, and you were meant to leave site so it’s an even playing field. And if you win this week, how filthy are they going to be?’

It comes the same day as a former star of The Block revealed how much the contestants really get paid.
Ash Milton appeared on the 2023 series with his wife Leah and has now delivered a scathing verdict about his time on the Channel Nine renovation competition.
The building company owner, 39, revealed he and Leah were paid $100 each per day to appear on the program.
Appearing on Triple M Breakfast with Marto, Margaux & Dan, Ash shared: ‘I’m still under a contract. I don’t know how much I could say, but it’s probably a public thing.
‘But you get a little bit of pocket money a day. I think it was around $100 per person per day, which isn’t bad.
‘But you still got to run a house at home. I mean, I actually shut down my whole business while I was down there. You know what I mean? And then you had to get restarting again after the show.’
