Singer Teddy Swims thrilled his fans in Brisbane on Tuesday when he stopped the show to invite a local busker to perform a duet with him after doing an impromptu duet with her at a mall last week.
The young performer, known as Inoxia, wowed the audience with a heartfelt cover of Shania Twain’s 1997 hit You’re Still The One.
In a video filmed at the gig, the 22-year-old can be seen warmly embracing the American hitmaker at the end of their performance.
A clearly impressed Teddy, 31, then told the crowd as Inoxia took a bow: ‘Isn’t she f***ing great?’
Inoxia shared the moment on TikTok where it has racked up an astonishing 36k in love heart ‘likes’.
‘This has been the best week of my life,’ the Melbourne-born singer captioned the share.
‘To my inspiration, my mentor Teddy Swims thank you for changing my life. What an incredible experience!’

Inoxia was crooning a cover of Teddy’s his singe Losing Control when the America surprised her.
‘Get out of town,’ she exclaimed, before inviting the superstar to join her in a duet of his own song.
At one point, Teddy actually forgot the lyrics to his song, but with a little help from Inoxia the pop star quickly recovered and the show went on.

The impromptu duo performed Swims’ popular single before transitioning into a rendition of Rihanna’s Stay.
The unexpected collaboration later went viral, with fans expressing their excitement and envy.
One TikTok video of the improvised duet has amassed a whopping 45.3M views in just the last five days.
‘Omg!! There he goes again!! Teddy Swims bringing his talent to the sidewalks of the world,’ one fan gushed.
‘She totally manifested the Teddy!!!’ another enthused.

In an appearance on Nova 106.9 on Thursday, Inoxia responded to social media criticism she had somehow planned a meet up with Teddy in the busy shopping area.
‘I knew that he was going to be in Brisbane,’ she told hosts David Lutteral and Ash Bradnam.

‘I knew that he was playing the show that night and I thought to myself, well, I’ve seen all the videos of him collaborating with buskers. I’m going to try my luck’ she explained.
‘After the show [in Queen Street Mall]…he was swarmed by people … And so his bodyguards are like, ushering him away. And he’s jumping over the top of these giant men saying, ”Let’s hang out, come to my show”.’
Teddy Swims – born Jaten Dimsdale – is a US pop star who had a top five hit in Australia last year with his R&B song Lose Control.
Currently in Australia for his I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy tour, Teddy will finish off his jaunt Down Under with a show in Adelaide on Wednesday followed by a final show in Perth on Friday.
