Teddi Mellencamp Returns to Red Carpet After Cancer Update

Teddi Mellencamp hit the red carpet in style at BravoCon 2025 on Friday.

The 44-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star star put on a brave face after undergoing cancer treatment throughout the year.

She stepped out in a textured golden brown skirt suit, showing off her long legs.

Teddi layered a nude-colored camisole underneath the blazer, whose sleeves she rolled to her elbows.

In an interview with Extra the star gave an update on her stage four brain cancer battle.

‘I see it as a miracle,’ she said about her significantly improved health. ‘I feel so beyond grateful that I’m feeling better and that I’m able to be there more for my kids and my family.’

Showing off her pixie haircut, which has grown substantially since she shaved her head in February, she added: ‘I have such amazing friends and support system that’s really gotten me through, and so I’m just… I’m grateful.’ 

On Friday Teddi shared behind-the-scenes footage from the Las Vegas convention, writing that she’s ‘living my best BravoCon life.’ 

In early October the mother-of-three revealed her cancer is now undetectable after undergoing monthslong treatment for skin cancer that metastasized to her brain. 

Giving her advice to other people going through a health crisis, she said, ‘There’s going to be good days and there’s bad days. 

‘And you’re not alone… And I think the only other message that I can definitely say is go get your checks because knowledge is key.’

Teddi also pointed out ‘I think I’m in the 1 percent’ of patients whose treatment is effective.

She gave the interview alongside close friend Kyle Richards, 56, who emphasized the value in having a support system.

‘When you have those days when you’re feeling down, [it’s helpful] to be able to reach out to those people and say, “I’m feeling down today,” and we’ll go over and pick her up and drag her out to go on a walk or go for frozen yogurt,’ Kyle said.

The blonde beauty’s cancer news came months after she filed for divorce from Edwin Arroyave, 48, in November 2024. They share daughters Slate, 13, Dove, five, and son Cruz, 11.

She underwent emergency surgery in February to remove large tumors in her brain, and later began radiation and immunotherapy to fight the tumors, which were a result of her 2022 melanoma metastasizing. 

The effects of the growing tumors were present for six months before Teddi finally sought medical attention.

She’d been suffering from migraines but ignored the pain and kept moving forward as she faced other issues in her life, Teddi said in March on her Two Ts in a Pod podcast with Tamra Judge.

The former reality television star has shared each step of her treatment and recovery with fans online.
