Taylor Swift has been granted a five-year restraining order against her alleged stalker.
A 45-year-old man named Brian Jason Wagner has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the singer, 35, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
Wagner must stay away from the star’s Los Angeles home, her vehicle, and place of work as per the documents.
The judge also ordered him to have no contact with Swift, whether in person, by letter, or digitally.
The order also bans him from owning firearms, ammunition, and body armor for five years. He also must surrender any he currently possesses to the police.
Swift was granted a temporary restraining order against Wagner in June, after she alleged he repeatedly showed up at her home in May and claimed she had his baby.

Swift claimed that he was also able to change his address on his driver’s license to her house.
Swift also claimed that he tried to divert mail from her house and sent her a series of lengthy, threatening messages.
Wagner, who reportedly lives in Colorado, did not appear at Tuesday’s hearing.
Over the weekend Daily Mail revealed that despite extensive efforts by a personal investigator, the alleged stalker cannot be found.
Wagner has disappeared, according to a declaration filed by Brooke Berg, a licensed private investigator who was hired to help the singer track him down.
According to an insider who spoke to the Daily Mail, Swift is ‘concerned’ about her stalker case, especially because of the ‘depraved lengths he has gone to to invade her privacy.’
‘Her team has to be hyper vigilant because she has been stalked so many times and recently discovered she has been targeted by Groyper [alt-right] groups on social media,’ the source added.
On September 11, Swift’s private investigator Berg filed a declaration informing the court that Wagner had ‘not responded’ to text messages she sent on September 8.
There were also ‘personal service and stake out attempts at multiple last known residential addresses’ in Colorado, in June and July.
The Daily Mail previously reported that, on June 27, a massive supplemental document was filed, which was the declaration of Alex Welch, a staff member on Swift’s security team.

In the document, there were hundreds of pages of emails, scenic photos and screenshots of text messages from Wagner to ‘Taylor Swift Fan Club’ from 2023 to present that were compiled by the star’s staff and personnel.
The singer initially alleged that the ex-convict keeps showing up to her house uninvited and claiming that she is the mother to his child.
In addition, Swift claimed that Wagner had previously gone to her home at least three times in July 2024, including one supposed visit where he allegedly carried a glass bottle ‘that could have been used as a weapon.’
Swift has found herself the target of multiple stalkers over the years, many of whom have sickeningly threatened her with rape and murder, with some even trying to break into her New York residence.
The incidents have understandably left her on high alert, with the singer previously revealing that she always carries QuikClot – army grade bandage dressing – ‘for gunshot or stab wounds.’
Last Sunday, she arrived unseen behind what was believed to be a bullet-resistant screen as she entered the Arrowhead Stadium to watch fiancé Travis Kelce and his team take on the Philadelphia Eagles.
An insider told the Daily Mail: ‘They used the screen to keep her safe. They have used that screen before, but usually it is for the President or someone like that, not a celebrity. But this was a weird week.’
She and her team are said to have concerns following the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, 31, who was assassinated by a gunman while speaking at Utah Valley University on September 10.
Swift is a known liberal who has backed the last two Democratic Party candidates in the 2020 and 2024 presidential elections.
‘Taylor had concerns because she has received hate mail from the same kinds of extreme groups,’ said another insider.
Earlier on Tuesday it was also reported that a process server was arrested at Kelce’s home while attempting to serve Swift deposition papers from Justin Baldoni’s legal team
‘Charlie’s murder, and the weirdness with her stalkers, is why she will take serious measures to increase her security.’
The Daily Mail has reached out to Taylor Swift’s rep for comment.
Earlier on Tuesday it was also reported that a process server was arrested at Kelce’s home while attempting to serve Swift deposition papers from Justin Baldoni’s legal team.
The incident took place earlier this month at the NFL star’s home in Leawood, Kansas, according to Star.
A man named Justin Lee Fisher — a former police officer — was ‘charged with jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood’ according to court documents.
Fisher was reportedly taken into custody at 2 a.m. on September 15, just two days after a judge overseeing the defamation and sexual harassment lawsuits between Baldoni, 41, and Swift’s former best friend, Blake Lively, 38, denied a request to depose the singer.
It’s unknown if Fisher was successful in serving the pop star before his arrest.
Swift was pulled into the legal battle between Baldoni and Lively when the director named her in documents for his now-dismissed $400million countersuit.
