Taylor Swift fans were left furious after being denied entry to the concert at the Liverpool Eras gig at the Anfield stadium on Friday.
One attendee, Jessica, was left angered by the refusal which seemed to be down to a Ticketmaster glitch where the company seemed to have oversold tickets.
She posted a video to her TikTok, which quickly amassed over 40k views.
Speaking to the camera she said: ‘Just outside of the stadium and we’re not being let in because apparently Ticketmaster have sold double tickets. Anybody else with the same problem? Not good Ticketmaster, not good. ‘
She added: ‘We’ve missed a lot of the first songs and there’s a lot of people ahead of us who’ve got the same issue who are crying right now. It is not good. What a joke.’

Over the top of her video she write the words: ‘Not being let in as Ticketmaster have royally messed up..’
In her comment section Jessica reiterated the seriousness of the situation saying: ‘It was seeing the kids crying…it was utterly heartbreaking!’
Fellow Taylor Swift supporters advised her to log back in and out again, but she gave her followers an update saying: ‘Our seats had gone! They’ve totally double up on sales’.
One user said: ‘I was outside the stadium watching this happen. Honestly I’m so sorry this happened to u!’
Streams of followers commented underneath the video saying how the same things seemed to be happening to them: ‘So I have 4 tickets and on my app 2 of those have the same seat number?’
‘We had this issue. It said I had 8 tickets but only had 4 and one was already used!’ before adding: ‘Luckily they let us in’.
Another said: ‘I think it’s a problem with Ticketmaster right now. There are some of my events showing up as double tickets also. I’m so sorry this happened to you, I hope they make it up big time.’

This isn’t the first time the Anfield Stadium has had an issue with the Taylor Swift tour.
On Thursday a fan was left reeling after being sold £660 VIP tickets but was left with a ‘restricted view’.
The attendee also posted a video to TikTok, panned the camera around the stadium, showing viewers what she could see, which was mainly a large tent and technical equipment blocking the stage.
The video quickly amassed over half a million views but the superfan was eventually moved to some press area seats.
At the gig, Taylor, 34, hailed the commitment of thousands of fans who braved the rain to watch her perform the first of three gigs at Anfield Stadium for the 100th show of her Eras Tour.
The American superstar performed in front of a 53,000-strong crowd at the Liverpool FC stadium – breaking the all-time attendance record for the arena.
It comes after Taylor revealed that The Eras Tour will officially end in December as she took to the stage in Liverpool.

Speculation was rife that Taylor would be making a big announcement at Thursday’s show, with many fan theories gaining traction on social media ahead of the gig.
The fact it was the landmark 100th show coincided with it being June 13, which many sleuthing Swifties took as a sign.
Taylor’s lucky number is famously 13 and it has become a symbol among her fanbase, who often write the number on the back of their hands when attending her shows.
