Tasha Ghouri has bought herself a new home, just weeks after making her first public appearance with her new boyfriend, as she continues to move on from her messy split with Andrew Le Page.
The Love Island star, 27, took to her Instagram on Sunday to share a glimpse inside her new house, gushing she was ‘pinching myself that I get to call this home’.
While she also revealed a brand new Instagram page she’d set up to show her fans inside the lavish property – which she’d named ‘The Ghouri Haven’.
Alongside a snap of Tasha beaming proudly in her new kitchen and a video of her dog Luna happily racing around the spacious garden, she wrote: ‘Welcome to @theghourihaven.
‘Still pinching myself that i get to call this home now & lunies gets her garden!! let the chaos, the coziness and the house decorating begin, feeling so so so grateful right now’. Â
Showing off more of the interiors, Tasha did an Instagram Q&A with fans, where she explained that she had worked hard to save up for the house, after losing ‘a lot of money’ on her first property – which she bought with ex-boyfriend Andrew, 30.

The former couple bought a house in February last year, which they began heavily refurbishing, documenting all the renovations under a dedicated account called ‘Le Page Properties’.
However, before the renovations were complete, the pair called time on their relationship in January, after meeting and falling in love on Love Island in 2022, and both moved out of the house.
Tasha admitted the experience with that property had made her hesitant to invest in another, but that she ‘refused to stay stuck’.
Explaining how her new Instagram account was purely to document her decorating process and not remodelling, she wrote: ‘I always LOVEEE seeing other users home pages, picking out their sofas or doing their dressing room etc so I want to share that with you all!!!Â
‘I lost a lot of money on the first house because it was a massive renovation project and honestly it has put me off for a while.Â
‘But I refused to stay stuck!! Kept my head up, focused forward and started saving from scratch again, can’t thank my managers, friends and family enough for reminding me s**t happens but it’s how you overcome from it.’
But she added: ‘But maybe a very very small project in the future?’
While she also revealed what she’d been searching for in her new home, listing: ‘For it to be in the countryside. A modern country feel away from the typical modern grey schemes. A garden for Luna. And gorgeous views!’

Her new milestone comes just a couple of weeks after the reality star enjoyed another big moment in her personal life, when she made her first public appearance with her boyfriend Cam Whitnall, after striking up a romance in May.
Tasha was spotted with the presenter, 30, in the audience at a Strictly Come Dancing live show earlier this month, after she previously competed in the show last year – making it all the way to the final with pro partner Aljaž Å korjanec.
The Daily Mail revealed earlier this year that she was dating Cam, who appears in CBBC series One Zoo Three and BBC show OZT Goes Wild alongside his brothers Ty and Aaron.
Cam, whose family run Hertfordshire Zoo, is the managing director of a non-profit charity, The Big Cat Sanctuary, which rescues wild cats and protects species at risk of extinction.
The Daily Mail understands the new couple have bonded over their love for animals after Tasha rescued her dog, Luna, who she previously shared with Andrew, from Spanish charity Alora Dog Rescue and Homeward Bound.
A source said: ‘Tasha and Cam are in the early stages of dating. They have been seeing each other for around a month now and share so much in common, from a personal and professional standpoint.
‘Cam is a great guy and has a lot going for him, Tasha has definitely been thrilled getting to know him and the feeling is mutual.’Â
Their romance came after Tasha and Andrew’s fell apart following her appearance on Strictly, with the series said to have taken its toll on their relationship.

Six months after their split, things then turned ugly between the pair, when Andrew launched into an explosive rant claiming they split because Tasha had used a dating app during their relationship.
Tasha – who has been deaf since birth and had a cochlear implant fitted at the age of five – admitted she now regrets her treatment of Andrew after they ‘grew apart’ during her stint on Strictly.
In an interview for Rylan Clark’s How To Be In Love in July, she explained their relationship was already starting to fray prior to her Strictly debut, with Andrew offering ‘no support’ as she progressed to the show’s latter stages.
But Andrew furiously hit back on Snapchat, where he branded Tasha unable to ‘keep his name out of her mouth’, before accusing her of using the celebrity dating app Raya before their relationship was over.
He wrote: ‘Wasn’t gunna speak about it all. However, the girl can’t keep my name out her mouth even though she’s got a new boyfriend.
‘The truth is… she went on Raya whilst we were still together… oops. No one is perfect in a relationship but you keep talking s**t about me I’ll start talking.
‘She did one too many podcasts unfortunately. This is your closure chat.’
Tasha herself previously admitted she regretted signing up to Raya before her split from Andrew was made public.
Speaking on Spooning with Mark Wogan, the host referred to reports that she had frantically deleted her Raya profile after it was revealed.

She said: ‘I’ve already owned up to it, so yeah,’ with host Mark adding: ‘And admitted you thought it was a mistake in retrospect?’
‘Yeah. I’m happy being single at the moment,’ Tasha replied.
Following a wave of ‘hurtful comments’ after his fiery rant, the pair released a shock joint statement to Daily Mail, where they quickly put Andrew’s rant aside and came together to address the ‘noise’ around their relationship.
Tasha admitted to ‘making mistakes’ during their romance, while both parties expressed their wish to ‘move on’ from the relationship after suffering ‘judgement and cruelty’ from online trolls.
Sharing her side of events, Tasha said: ‘I just want to address recent hurtful comments about me and & Andrew.Â
‘We’ve always been open about who we are and what we went through, the hate and harsh words have been unfair and overwhelming for both of us.
‘No one deserves to be torn down, especially when they’re already trying to heal. We’ve both made mistakes, we’ve both learned, and we’ve both grown. But the judgement and cruelty we are facing from people online has been hard.
‘Please remember that behind every nasty post, every comment, every story, there are real people with real emotions. Always be kind.’

While Andrew added: ‘Tasha and I want to address the noise around our breakup, as there’s been hate going around that neither of us ever wanted.Â
‘Things were said on both sides, but at the end of the day, no relationship is perfect, but ours still had some incredible moments I’ll always be grateful for.Â
‘I truly just want us both to move on and be happy. Wishing Tasha nothing but the best, and I’ll always be proud of her.’
During her interview with Rylan, Tasha admitted she regrets how she treated Andrew after cutting contact with him in the wake of their split.
She claimed the relationship was on the rocks prior to her Strictly debut, with Andrew offering ‘no support’ as she progressed to the show’s latter stages.Â
She recalled: ‘It got to a point where I was also trying to help him out, but he wasn’t willing to help himself. And that’s so hard because when you love someone, you want them to… you want the best for them.Â
‘But there’s a point where you’re trying to also do the best for yourself and you’re trying to grow. And then Strictly happened and then I think that made us grow apart.’
She added: ‘On social media… it did come across like he was there supporting me, but emotionally at home, he wasn’t.Â
But Andrew furiously hit back on Snapchat , where he branded Tasha unable to ‘keep his name out of her mouth’, before accusing her of using the celebrity dating app Raya before their relationship was overÂ
‘I remember this one time, I was in a dance-off in the semi-finals. And I called him, like, you know, “I feel really nervous”. And he was just out there, gaming, didn’t stop gaming, didn’t put his console down, or take his headphones off and say, “Okay, talk to me.”
‘And that’s kind of where I started to really think, I deserve better than that. You know, I think that’s where I started to really think, why am I settling for something that I’m having to really beg for?’
The couple eventually separated while Tasha was participating in the annual Strictly Come Dancing tour, but while the split came as a relief, she admits regretting her treatment of Andrew – with whom she is no longer on speaking terms.Â
‘I thought, I’m just not happy anymore and it’s really sad because I had to break his heart and that’s the one thing. And then when I came out doing the tour, like I remember for the week, I turned my phone off and he’d speak to anyone.
‘I was just so anxious, like just being out and about socially. And I shut myself off from him. He didn’t deserve that. Like I should have been there for him as well. Because when all this came out, he was like, what is going on? And I was also trying to come to terms in myself of what was happening as well.Â
‘And that’s my biggest regret is how I treated him in that breakup. And I should have been so much nicer than I was.’
Crediting her former boyfriend for ‘teaching her so much about love,’ she added: ‘We’re not on speaking terms and that’s the saddest part. That’s the most saddest part about all of this.’Â
In recent months, Andrew, who works in property, has relocated to Dubai where he lived prior to finding fame on the ITV2 dating series.
