The 32-year-old country singer - who is known for hits such as Take Me Home and Hold On To Me - was taken into custody by the McKinney Police Department in Collin County on March 30.
The music artist was released the same day after posting a $12,500 bond, per Collin County jail records.
Usrey was charged with driving while intoxicated as well as two drug possession charges.
According to the booking information, it is the star's second DWI charge.
The performer gained wider recognition in the industry after dropping his debut studio album Crossing Lines back in 2023.

And last year, Usrey released his second LP titled These Days.
However, the star had been following his passion for music long before the release of his albums and began taking to the stage in the early 2010s.

Usrey also discussed the kind of shows he likes to put on for fans.
'I just want people to think it's the best show they've been to. It sounds cocky, but that's what I want: "D**n, that band's f***ing tight. He can sing."'
The country singer is set to take to the stage later this month on April 11 at the 2026 Montgomery County Fair & Rodeo in Texas.

He will also perform more dates this month such as at Larry Joe Taylor's Texas Music Festival on April 23.
Later on May 2, Usrey is slated to make an appearance at Rock the Country Bellville 2026.
During a previous conversation with People, the star reflected on developing an interest in music at a young age.
'I was the annoying one that would always sing in class,' he recalled to the outlet.
'I was always just humming and singing. My dad would always tell me to shut up sometimes.'

Usrey has also talked about some of the 'challenges' he has faced over the years while pursuing his dreams during an interview with the Nashville Voyager.
