‘Oh my God, it looks amazing!’ the exclaimed.
Tammy captioned the update: ‘OMG so beautiful thank you so much.’
While the couple have yet to announce the date of their wedding, it would seem that they could favour an unusual theme.
Tammy’s husband Caleb died from unknown causes at age 40 – just seven months after the couple tied the knot in November 2022.
Tammy revealed in an interview following his passing that she no longer had an interest in dating men.
It’s her first relationship since his death, with Tammy first revealing the news during the most recent season of her TV series as she and her sister, Amy, got their fans up to date with what had been happening in their lives.
The star – who has lost a staggering 500 pounds during her weight loss journey – first shot to fame after appearing on 1000-lb Sisters alongside her sister back in 2020.
On the new series, she spoke about her new budding romance in a confessional preview of the series back in April – and admitted at the time that she hadn’t told her family yet.

Tammy said: ‘There’s something I haven’t told my family. Amy’s not the only one that’s been seeing somebody new. So have I…
‘I have been seeing someone for the past couple months and it’s going pretty well.’
She then added: ‘The person I’m dating is a woman. So I haven’t told my family because my family’s gonna have something to say about it.
‘I think my family probably has more opinions than the world has a**holes because they be farting so much.’
‘A few years ago I came out as pansexual but after Caleb passing, I just don’t want to be with men anymore.
‘I don’t know how my family is going to react when I tell them I’m seeing a woman.’
In June, Tammy announced she was engaged as she let the news slip during an appearance the Creative Chaos podcast.
Speaking about how her and Andrea like to spend time together, Tammy explained: ‘Me and my fiancée, we just kind of chill at home.’
The revelation prompted a shocked response from host Hunter Ezell: ‘Hold on, you said fiancée?’, before the television star showed off her shiny new engagement ring.
Tammy was also proudly sporting an ‘Andrea’ necklace, later revealing that her and her love interest have been together for ‘around three years’.
Tammy and Andrea, who both live in Kentucky, met on a dating app and have ‘talked every day since’.
Earlier this year, Tammy’s sister Amy also announced her engagement to her partner Brian Lovvorn.

Last year Tammy opened up about the moment she found out that her husband Caleb had passed away.
During an interview with People, Tammy revealed a friend of Caleb’s told her over text message that her husband wasn’t doing well – before he informed her just 20 minutes later that he had died.
At the time, Tammy was at her home in Kentucky and Caleb was at the Ohio rehab facility she had previously been at with him.
‘I was sitting in the fetal position,’ she told the publication.
‘I got a text message from his friend up there and the text said, ‘Caleb’s not doing good. They’re in there working on him.’ 20 minutes later he texted me back and said he was gone.
The TLC star also said she had been ‘doing fairly well’ getting through the tragedy, and had even made a ring and musical note-shaped necklace with the ashes of her late husband.
She had grown attached to the jewellery and finds comfort knowing a piece of him remains with her.
‘He’s going to live on now forever because his memory is encapsulated,’ Tammy said.
‘Knowing that he’s with me, it’s helping me pass the day. I find myself grabbing my necklace and holding it a lot. When I take off my jewellery, I feel like it’s weird, separation anxiety. I start panicking.’
Watching Caleb on their show has also provided her with some joy: ‘Every time I miss him, I can always look back at the show and watch it and see what made me happy again.’

Amy and Tammy are currently mourning the loss of their cousin Katie Slaton (pictured), who died at the age of 37 Katie (pictured) – after battling stage 4 gastric adenocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of stomach cancer
The heartbreaking news was shared by their sister Amanda Halterman last week.
Katie had been battling stage 4 gastric adenocarcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of stomach cancer, which she was diagnosed with earlier this year.
Katie was a familiar face on the TLC series, making several appearances — including during season 5, when Tammy was released from a weight-loss rehabilitation center.
‘It [is] with a completely crushed heart and spirit that I have to post this. My little cousin went to sit at the feet of Jesus yesterday. She was a force to be reckoned with and showed love that was accepting and given freely,’ Amanda wrote on Instagram.
She continued: ‘She was the life of the party and my best friend. I know both our grandparents and friends was there to welcome you home. Please pray for my aunt, uncle and cousins but mostly for the babies and for Natalie to be strong.’
Amanda concluded her emotional tribute by adding: ‘Please pray for everyone whom loves her. Thank you all who has come out and supported her.’
