It’s no news that Tammy Hembrow’s love life has long been in the spotlight.
But three engagements, one marriage and a rap song later, the fitness influencer is now sending fans into a tailspin after being spotted on multiple dates with AFL star Bailey Smith.
The 24-year-old Geelong Cats player flew from Melbourne to the Gold Coast two weekends in a row to woo the 31-year-old YouTuber – proof that if they wanted to, they would.
The couple were first seen leaving hand-in-hand after a meal at swanky Asian fusion restaurant Rick Shores at Burleigh Heads before being caught making out at another restaurant.
The pair were more recently spotted enjoying a romantic stroll to Nobby Beach, where the footy player appeared to have his arm wrapped around Tammy’s hips.
But longtime fans of the social media star will know this high-profile tryst is far from her first rodeo.

Tammy’s previous conquests have all shared a similar star quality that has seen her romances catapulted into the headlines.
Matthew Zukowski (2023-2025)
Before Bailey, there was, of course, Love Island star Matt Zukowski.
Tammy wed the reality star in a no-expenses-spared ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay last November.
The fairytale nuptials, which are estimated to have cost around $227,000, even featured in Vogue, where Tammy stunned in a pink Vera Wang dress.
Despite the glamorous show of love and commitment, fans were sceptical thanks to the fast pace of the pair’s relationship.
After just three months of dating, Matt put a very big ring on Tammy’s finger in a stunning Maldives proposal in December 2023, and less than a year later, they were married.
However, to put fans’ doubts to bed, Tammy sat down in an interview with 9Honey before the wedding, where she dubbed Matt her ‘soulmate’.
‘We’re definitely soulmates, I feel like we were supposed to be together,’ she told the publication at the time.

In June, just seven months after tying the knot, the ‘soulmates’ announced their divorce, proof that even true love struggles to survive the glare of the spotlight.
Since then, both have taken to social media to share the pain and heartbreak they endured — all in a subtle and impeccably tasteful fashion, naturally.
Matt Poole (2020-2022)
Before Matt, there was another Matt.
Matt Poole and Tammy also fell hard and fast – and added a ring into the mix.
The Iron Man and ‘fitfluencer’ made their romance official in 2020 before getting engaged a year later.
‘I’M IN SHOCK. Honestly have not been able to stop crying happy tears. Yes yes yes my love @matt_poole1,’ she captioned the engagement post.
The pair went on to have a baby in 2022, with Tammy welcoming her third child, Posy.
But despite the whirlwind romance and growing family, it wasn’t meant to be.

Seven months after giving birth, Tammy batted away fans’ questions on social media that asked why Matt had disappeared from her content.
She eventually came clean, writing on a TikTok video: ‘Some people are just not meant to be together no matter how hard they try.
‘We are much better as friends.’
And so the friends — not the friendship bracelet and hair-braiding kind — parted ways, continuing to co-parent their daughter amicably.
Jahkoy Palmer (2019-2020)
Jahkoy Palmer was another relationship that made headlines back in the day.
The Canadian rapper was smitten with Tammy in 2019 before splittin’ with the influencer a year later.
During their relationship, the pair would gush about each other and their sickeningly sweet romance on socials endlessly.
And the PDA was thick and fast — who could forget THAT infamous tongue-kiss photo?

They also unfollowed and refollowed each other a handful of times during their relationship, keeping fans on the edges of their seats and glued to their screens for updates.
After the pair split in 2020, Jahkoy was asked in an Instagram Q&A ‘what happened’ with his former ‘obsession’ Tammy.
‘We grew apart. Long distance isn’t easy,’ Jahkoy admitted.
And so, separated by oceans, Tammy and Jahkoy’s relationship came to an end, the world was spared of more face-sucking snaps and peace was restored.
Tyga (2019)
Then there was Tammy’s brief fling with Tyga in 2019, which will forever be memorialised via song and sanitised wipe.
In a remix of Ambjaay’s track, Uno ft. Lil Pump, Tyga described an encounter that involved wet wipes with a woman named Tammy in the parking lot of an In-N-Out Burger restaurant.
The Gold Coast influencer confirmed the song was about her, saying she had approved the verse before it had been released, but said the lyrics had been blown ‘out of proportion’.
‘It’s not dissing me at all, but it’s also just a song. People are so crazy! Do you actually take rappers’ songs so literally?’ she said of Tyga, whom she met at Sydney’s Rolling Loud that year.

In his track, titled Uno, Tyga raps: ‘Go Tammy (Go Tammy), keep dancing (Keep dancing) / You nasty (You nasty), no panties (No panties).
‘Get a wet wipe, that’ll come in handy (Ayy) / And that p***y hit, b***h, you deserve a Grammy.’
The poetic lyricism lingered with fans, figuratively cementing the pair’s fleeting tryst in songbooks — and on shelves — for years to come.
Reece Hawkins
Last but not least is Tammy’s OG baby daddy, Reece Hawkins.
The influencer duo were insufferably cute during their heyday, with heavily–filtered beach photoshoots and workouts gracing our feeds for four years.
The couple were together from 2014 to 2018 and share two children, Wolf, 10, and Saskia, nine.
However, all good things come to an end — and just like Instagram’s iconic Jakarta filter, Hembrow and Hawkins didn’t make it to the 2020s.
Speaking to Jute magazine at the time, the fitness entrepreneur said she and Reece broke off their engagement because they simply grew apart.

In a full circle moment, fans recently pressed the two to get back together after reuniting in a TikTok clip with their kids
‘You have a picture of what you think your life is going to be like and then circumstances change and people change too,’ she explained.
‘We were young when we got together and still figuring things out. I think when people are weighing in on your personal life while you’re trying to understand things yourself it can feel like a lot of pressure.’
In a full circle moment, fans recently pressed the two to get back together after they reunited in a TikTok clip with their kids posted in August.
‘Pleeeeease let the Tammy and Reece era recommence!!!!’ one fan commented underneath.
Another chimed in: ‘GET BACK TOGETHER’.
Tammy shut down rumours of a romance in the coolest way possible: by being spotted on a date with the hottest AFL hunk in the gossip pages.
And who knows — maybe Bailey will be Tammy’s final ‘one and only’ on her list of high-profile romances, or at the very least, her fourth fiancé.
Here’s hoping.
