Tammy Hembrow Sparks Split Rumors, Ditches Wedding Ring Amid Emotional Video

Tammy Hembrow has added more fuel to the growing speculation surrounding her relationship with husband Matt Zukowski after she was spotted without her wedding ring in a series of recent Instagram stories.

The Gold Coast influencer and fitness entrepreneur, 30, looked relaxed yet noticeably ring-free as she shared glimpses of her day-to-day life in the kitchen on Sunday.

In one video, the mum-of-three showcased her multitasking skills as she helped her daughter play doctor, all while preparing adorable fruit skewers.

Wearing a pink lace-trimmed tank top and matching patterned shorts, Tammy was clearly not wearing her wedding band, nor her diamond engagement ring.

Later, she posted another story, this time wearing a pale green bodycon dress – again, with no sign of the sparkler Matt gifted her when he popped the question last year nor the band she paired it with when they wed.

The couple married in Bryon Bay in November, and Tammy opted for a band of huge glittering diamonds while Matt opted for a more traditional plain white gold band.

An Australian jeweller has estimated that the wedding band would have set the star back a massive $23,000. 

Meanwhile, her $46,000 engagement ring features an oval-cut diamond, estimated to be around two carats, which sits on a full diamond band. 

Also notably absent from the social media updates was Zukowski, 28, who has not been featured in Tammy’s feed for some time, despite the couple’s usually public relationship.

The former Love Island Australia star has also refrained from sharing any recent posts or stories featuring Tammy, further fuelling speculation that the pair may have quietly parted ways.

Sources close to the couple previously told Daily Mail Australia the pair are ‘on a break’, with Matt relocating back to his native Melbourne while Tammy remains in Queensland with her three children. 

Matt also ramped up rumours that his whirlwind romance with Tammy may be over after posting footage of himself going to the movies solo in recent months.

He took to Instagram to share a video from inside the cinema, revealing he was watching Death of a Unicorn alone – a move which came after fans noticed he was absent from Tammy’s 31st birthday celebrations.

Earlier this month, Tammy fuelled rumours she has split from Matt after admitting she is going through some ‘heavy stuff’ in an emotional video.

‘I just want to say thank you to everyone, I have been dealing with some heavy stuff. I feel like people can tell… I definitely don’t like to pretend I am okay when I am not,’ she said as she tried not to break down in tears. 

‘I feel like I have been trying to do that for a little while because I have so much I have to focus on. I just feel like pretending is doing me more harm than good.’

Tammy added she would not go into detail about what she is going though, but asked her followers to be ‘kind’.

In the video, she was also not wearing her wedding and engagement rings. 

Just hours earlier, Tammy shared a cryptic post saying ‘when something feels off it is usually women’s intuition’.

Tammy and Matt began dating in mid-2023, after he slid into her DMs and were engaged just three months later.

They tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at Chateau Du Soleil in Byron Bay in November last year.
