Tammy Hembrow has undergone surgery after being hospitalised for an undisclosed condition.
The 30-year-old fitness influencer took to Instagram on Wednesday with a concerning image showing her reclining in a hospital bed.
She did not specify what the procedure was for.
‘Just had surgery. Will be posting a YouTube video about it when I’m a bit more recovered,’ she wrote in the caption.
A short time later, Tammy shared another picture to her Stories which showed a bunch of red roses, Haribo ‘Tangfasties’ lollies, Oreos and a bottle of water alongside a handwritten note.
The note, written by Tammy fiancé Matt Zukowski, read ‘I love you, always and forever xox. Matthew.’
Tammy and former Love Island star Zukowski, 28, got engaged in December after just three months of dating and are set to tie the knot in November.
Over the image, Tammy wrote ‘coming home to this post-surgery. I love this man,’ followed by a happy crying emoji.

Tammy’s health scare comes just hours after the influencer shared more details of her extravagant wedding plans.
In a series of photos posted to her profile, she looked glamorous in a white, figure-hugging gown.
She posed with her groom-to-be, who wore a white shirt exposing his chest as the couple shared a kiss.

Tammy also shared a picture with her sisters, Amy and Emilee, who wore sleek black and mint dresses respectively.
In one photo, the bride-to-be also shared a selection of food, including oysters, arancini, and sandwiches.
In the caption to the post, the social media star wrote, ‘wedding menu tasting.’
The influencer, who has been engaged twice but never married, also expressed her incredulity that her wedding was happening this year.
‘Still can’t believe I’m a 2024 bride,’ she wrote.
