The fitness influencer took to TikTok on Sunday to share a video with her ex, with whom she shares two children.
The couple, who were together between 2014 and 2018, share daughter Saskia, 9, and son Wolf, 10, and are still on good terms as they co-parent their children.
In the clip, the former couple could be seen at a bowling alley in matching bowling shoes, as they enjoyed a fun family outing.
As Reece picked up a bowling ball and went to throw it down the bowling lane, Tammy posed up a storm in front of a screen filled with bowling scores.
The pair appeared playful as Reece jokingly bumped the ball towards Tammy, who proceeded to stick her tongue out and throw out a ‘metal horns’ hand gesture.

Tammy put on a busty display for the occasion in a white cropped top and low-rise jeans.
Her ex matched her in a white tee and grey cargo shorts, while sporting a new bleached blonde hairdo.
‘Mum & dad,’ she simply captioned the post, which has amassed over 2.8 million views.
The light-hearted video sent fans into a frenzy, with many expressing their hopes of the couple getting back together.
‘Team Tammy and Reece,’ one person wrote.
‘I think if you and Reece get back together it could possibly save the planet. Do it for the planet Tammy,’ a second quipped.

In August, the Gold Coast content creator shared a video showing her alongside her former partner and their two kids.
The family were all smiles, with Tammy even lovingly touching Reece’s arm as they all broke out into fits of laughter.
